As an Experienced Painter, you'll be expected to be highly skilled in painting (base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats), blending adjacent panels, and paint correcting vehicles.
The pay range for this position starts at $26 per hour based on experience.

Position Overview:
The Cosmetic Lead is a front-line supervisor role, responsible for directly managing and developing a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to regularly achieve production targets. This role is not visa eligible.
What you'll be doing:
Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely for repairs, while meeting or exceeding set production and quality goals.Meet or exceed inventory production goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team; identify team's strengths and weaknesses; determine areas of opportunity and the appropriate steps to improve.Engage assigned team, provide appropriate coaching, development and performance management; offer feedback and demonstrate desired skills. Role and Team
Reporting to the designated manager, the Transportation Specialist performs various administrative and clerical duties, and assists in the coordination of the movement of consignment vehicles, and other accounts as assigned, to and from the auction in accordance with Corporate and CarsArrive guidelines to ensure maximum production volume in the most profitable way possible.Responsibilities
Make sure customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous attention.Maintain a professional appearance, orderly work environment and friendly disposition.Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner and advise Management of all serious complaints or incidences.Respond in a timely manner to all customer inquiries.Specific Responsibilities:
Act as a point of contact for transportation within the local auction and ensure customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous attention.Must be computer literate and have full command of MS Office products. Will act as a subject matter expert for the Transportation Management System (TMS) at the site.Specialist is expected to follow the CarsArrive Manual of ADESA Processes to attain department goals.Coordinate with auction drivers to make sure vehicles are picked up in a timely and efficient manner.Properly dispatch loads for correct arrival time and location.Follow up with dealerships/customers to make sure the load arrived safely and on time.Negotiate contracts with sublet carriers and ensure compliance with all contractual customer, contractor, and supplier agreements.Practice and promote teamwork. Set a good personal example of attitude and performance.Assists with proper staffing, in connection with the volume of pickup and delivery orders.Assist the CarsArrive team with the coordination of vehicles to the required destination.Aid the CarsArrive team with the coordination of transportation activities between auction, customer, office and/or drivers to ensure the department can function in the most efficient, productive, and profitable manner.Facilitate the Department of Transportation items for the local auction.Work with the CarsArrive Team and the corporate transportation department to reduce network costs and improve service.Ensure proper follow-through on all directives, bulletins, schedules, and accounting from the CarsArrive team and corporate transportation department. We're looking for Auto Painters with a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience to join us at Carvana - the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500.
As a Painter, you'll be expected to prime vehicles and perform final sanding before the vehicle is painted, along with buffing, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrush.
