    JOB SUMMARY The Dir, PA Market is responsible for Conifer’s Patient Access day-to-day operating activities. This role is responsible for meeting all goals set for the operations and has total control of the operations to meet these goals. The Operations leader responsibilities include delivery of Client Service Level Agreements (SLA) Operating goals, set by the Patient Access Process group that drive SLA patient and account cycle time and productivity standards process quality and accuracy adherence to process standards Relative cost management metrics goals expense, cost, and margin control monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goal management ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Others may be assigned. Responsible for directing and executing business processes including monitoring and achieving client Service Level Agreements and all supporting process metrics at each hospital of responsibility. Responsible for the overall cycle time, work product accuracy including quality monitoring metrics, productivity, and associated process metrics. Works daily with his/her direct reports to execute against plans. Supports the establishment of hospital budgets and ensures and manages human resource utilization at all levels. Analyzes monthly P planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
