MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK THE FOLLOWING SHIFT: MONDAY - FRIDAY 4:00PM - 1:30AM HOURLY RATE: $21.00/HR. The primary responsibility of the Mixing Center- Inventory Coordinator is to maintain the integrity of the inventory through mandated corporate programs and execution of full physical inventory. Maintains the integrity of the locator system with regards to bin maintenance at a level acceptable to the Company guidelines. Utilizes the ORACLE Inventory system to determine which storage locations need to have accurate inventories. Uses a scanner to transfer products and correct physical inventory variances identified in the ISO paperwork. Performs daily cycle counts to ensure quantities of products (tires, wheels, accessories, etc.) are accurately reflected on the system quantity inventory software (TELNET.) Notifies supervisors and leads of any incorrect quantities of products found by the "put-away- teams" requiring correct storage location as needed. Key Responsibilities Communicate with team members via 2-way radio to update dock and yard locations and container/trailer information daily. Conduct pre-checklists and operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, order pickers) safely to transport products (tires, wheels, accessories) between locations, adhering strictly to safety standards. Enter empty, full, and recently unloaded containers into tracking systems daily to track movements within the mixing center. Investigate inventory discrepancies upon confirming product shortages, locate missing products, and replenish shortages accordingly. Meet with operations team to discuss incoming volume, priority unloads, and upcoming needs for domestic and international containers --- 24, 48, and 72-hour horizon Notify operations supervisor and lead of any incorrect product quantities identified by put-away teams that require relocation to correct storage locations. Perform daily cycle counts using TELNET software to verify accurate quantities of products (tires, wheels, accessories). Receive container invoices via email, verifies charges against IMS and SharePoint schedules, and contact providers for clarifications; escalate issues as needed. Reconcile daily yard checks to maintain accurate records of containers and trailers in the yard; updates schedule with arrivals, departures, and pickups, including domestic inbound trailers. Use ORACLE Inventory daily to identify storage locations needing physical product counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Utilize Symbol Scanner to transfer products between designated storage locations, correcting inventory variances noted in ISO paperwork; update paperwork with pencil entries to reflect changes. The Regional Distribution Center (RDC) - Warehouse Person's primary duties include prioritizing and picking material to fill orders, loading, and unloading product on delivery trailers/containers and maintaining, handling, and moving the physical inventory within the RDC. He/she loads and unload trailers/containers, keeps facility organized by physical alignment and by allowing sufficient space for overflow. Checks all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy. Performs periodic facilities maintenance and/or custodial/housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning the loading dock and area surrounding building; keeping floors clear of debris and assisting in daily shift closures. Key Responsibilities Arrange RDC stock by product line and physical alignment, allowing sufficient space for overflow; may train and support new associates. Assist with administrative tasks, including handling and preparing paperwork as needed. Load and Unload Trailers/Containers: Physically move and lift products weighing up to 150 pounds; stage, count, and systematically put away inventory using powered industrial equipment. Perform maintenance and housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning the loading dock and surrounding area, and keeping floors clear of debris. Prioritize and pick materials to fill orders, stage products for outbound loading, and handle all units with care. Report overages and shortages to the Lead Person/Operations Supervisor; submit regular reports of damaged and defective products. Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, while adhering to safety standards. Verify all incoming and outgoing products for accuracy in quantity, size, and type; inform management of inventory and supply shortages and assist with periodic inventory counts.
