Qualification Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing or supporting day-to-day operations of enterprise-level IT or semantic systems projects.Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary technical teams and communicate effectively across stakeholder groups. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), terminology editing, and semantic content management tools such as Protégé, MEME, and SPARQL is a plus. Experience working in biomedical informatics, health IT, or federal government projects is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in producing project documentation and reports. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, integrated environment. Compensation and Benefits The projected compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $135,000 per year benchmarked in the Maryland/DC/Virgina area.
