    This position is responsible for providing transportation services for the frail elderly or brain injured participants from their homes to the center and for medical appointments. Driver must maintain clean vehicles, and perform vehicle checks regularly for safety. Promotes professional working relationships with both internal and external customers.     equipment.
    ● Notifies Dispatcher if running late on a pick up or route.
    ● Notifies Dispatcher of all cancels and reason why.
    ● Transport’s participants to scheduled appointments as arranged by the dispatcher.
    ● Delivers in-home meals, supplies and medications to participants as arranged by dispatcher.● Assists participants in their home environment or other locations with tasks when necessary (i.e.: put on socks,
    shoes, jackets, toileting, etc.).
    ● Maintains clean vehicle, by regularly sweeping floors, cleaning glass cleaning interior and exterior.
    ● Maintains a safe vehicle by ensuring all aspects of the vehicle are in top working condition, reporting any noted
    issues immediately to Dispatcher, Coordinator or Manager.
    ● Works with Transportation Manager or Coordinator to schedule maintenance or repairs of vehicles.
    ● Notifies dispatcher of any participant transportation needs, noted participant concerns, or issues observed in the participants houses.
    ● Must be available to work all Transportation operational hours which may include overtime, on-call and
    weekends.
    ● Maintains the confidentiality of all company information, procedures, and participant, client or family
    information regardless of setting.

    ● High School Diploma or GED is required. Equivalent experience in lieu of education will be accepted.

    ● Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate the ability to interact clearly and
    effectively with both internal and external customers. Must have the ability to read, write and speak English.
    ● Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and criminal background check.
    ● Must have a current Driver’s License and driving record must be in compliance with Company policy. Must
    maintain current automobile insurance.

    The Finance and Accounting Manager will plan, organize, and prepare financial-related functions for Edenbridge PACE at Skyland Town Center. The functions to be performed include but are not limited to: budgeting, policy development, cash management, audit and tax preparation, forecasting revenues and expenditures, purchasing, accounts payable and accounts receivable, and accounting-related contract compliance. Additionally, this position will assist the Director of Quality & Compliance in managing compliance with all federal and District of Columbia requirements for the PACE program. This includes but is not limited to management of third-party administrators, data and financial report uploads to CMS and DHCF, monitoring of financial notices and remittances by CMS and DHCF, managing the annual Part D bid, and resolving any reporting issues.
