Field Service Technician/ Desktop Support
Must have printer/plotter experienceMaintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.Responsible for performing on-site servicing and repair of major OEM laptops, desktops, POS, and printers.Familiarity of POS (Point of Sales) systems for Retail stores (Windows based registers)Break/Fix at component level– Desktops; Laptops; printersDocuments, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.Imaging and image recoveryProvides technical support in activities associated with the identification, prioritization and resolution of reported problems.Install / Re-install various software packages and updatesActivities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up.Must have a clean driving record – No open tickets or warrants – No major violationsMust have an active driver’s licenseMUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE – Mileage/Parking/Tolls are reimburseCompany DescriptionWe are committed to delivering exceptional services and professionals with proven work ethics and processes.Key Responsibilities:
Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot video conferencing systems (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.).
Coordinate and support virtual meetings, webinars, and hybrid events across multiple time zones.
Ensure high-quality audio, video, and content sharing during conferences.
Provide first-level support to end users during live events, including immediate troubleshooting of technical issues. Maintain and update AV hardware and software (conference room equipment, cameras, mics, codecs, etc.).
Maintain and update video infrastructure hardware and software (Poly Clariti Manager/ Clariti core, etc.)
Train staff on best practices for using conferencing tools and equipment.
Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to optimize virtual communication infrastructure.
Document system configurations, procedures, and recurring issues.
Research and recommend new tools or upgrades to improve the conferencing experience.
