As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team and support our operations.

 

Job Summary

The Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and professional delivery of products to customers. Approximately 80% of this position involves driving company vehicles to complete scheduled deliveries. The remaining 20% of the role consists of assisting with warehouse activities including order fulfillment, inventory handling, and general warehouse support.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Delivery (80%)

- Safely operate company delivery vehicles to transport orders to customers in a timely and professional manner.

- Load and unload materials, ensuring accuracy and care with all products.

- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries; communicate courteously with customers and represent Cincinnati Fastener professionally on the road.

- Maintain delivery logs, paperwork, and vehicle inspection reports as required.

- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.

 

Warehouse Responsibilities (20%)

- Assist with order picking, packing, and staging of shipments.

- Help receive and stock incoming materials.

- Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas and follow all safety procedures.

- Assist with cycle counting, inventory accuracy, and general warehouse operations as needed.

 

Qualifications & Skills

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Prior delivery driving experience is preferred, especially in a commercial or distribution environment.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and move materials safely.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order handling.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with warehouse environments, material handling equipment, or inventory systems is a plus.

- Fast-paced warehouse and delivery environment.

- Physical activity required, including loading/unloading, standing, walking, and lifting.

Training

Company will provide thorough training immediately upon hire. Training will consist of in-warehouse and in-field training on general moving industry practices and inventorying processes.

Description 
As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting the workflow of shipping and receiving materials. This entails pulling stock and custom materials according to orders and staging them until the orders are complete and ready to be shipped. You will assist with inventory and report shortages. You will ensure incoming orders are correct and placed in proper storage areas. We provide forklifts, pallet jacks, banding machines and other  equipment to make the job easier!
