warehouse architecture, orchestration systems, metadata management, and data access patterns that enable both analytics and AI-driven applications. This is an opportunity for an engineer who enjoys building foundational platforms that become critical company infrastructure. Build monitoring, alerting, and operational tooling that ensures trust in critical data systems. Who You Are 8+ years building distributed software systems or large-scale data platforms. Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated data environments. Experience architecting modern cloud-based data
warehouse solutions. Strong proficiency in backend engineering and platform development. Deep understanding of data modeling in a healthcare/clinical data setting, storage architecture, and data lifecycle management. Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, or similar backend languages. Proven track record in implementing zero trust PHI architectures. Experience designing systems that support both operational and analytical workloads. Track record of leading technical initiatives spanning multiple teams. Strong systems-thinking mindset with an ability to balance short-term execution and long-term scalability. Demonstrated ownership of critical infrastructure in high-growth environments. Nice To Haves Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar platforms. Familiarity with AI and machine learning data platform requirements.
