    Join Symbotic’s Customer Operations organization to operate and optimize a high‑throughput robotic material handling platform. This role centers on running a system control center, clearly communicating critical issues, and partnering across functions to maintain and elevate performance, safety, and quality.     Open shifts Thu–Sat & every other Wed: 5:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m.Sun–Tue & every other Wed: 5:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. Core responsibilities Monitor the health and performance of automated adapters, vertical lifts, and automated robotic vehicles.Diagnose and resolve complex operational and system issues; coordinate escalations to support teams for production‑impacting events.Communicate technical details succinctly to site teams and customers; produce clear documentation and incident reports.Collaborate with engineering to implement corrective actions and systemic improvements.Train and support operators on the full ecosystem: automated adapters, vertical lifts, robotic vehicles, warehouse management systems, and related IT.Backfill essential on‑site Symbotic roles to stabilize operations when needed.Contribute to standardization, continuous improvement, and production‑focused change initiatives for the warehouse automation solution.Uphold safety practices in alignment with OSHA, Symbotic, and customer policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Electrical or Software Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or comparable experience.Minimum 2 years with automated/industrial systems.Proficiency and eagerness to grow with PLCs (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens), robotics (ABB), and software/OS such as SQL, Linux, and Python.Hands‑on strength in assembling, operating, and troubleshooting robotics and electro‑mechanical systems.Ability to operate effectively under pressure and adjust to shifting priorities.Team‑first mindset, willingness to learn new equipment, and high urgency. Work environment Valid driver’s license; ability to travel by car or air to client and customer sites.Own a credit card; submit expenses bi‑weekly to Symbotic for reimbursement.Frequent walking and reaching; standing, climbing/balancing; stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.Work at heights up to 45 feet; navigate restrictive areas as narrow as 24 inches; frequent stair climbing within the automation structure; regular proximity to high railings.Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.Comply with all safety protocols, including Lock out tag out and fall protection.PPE required when applicable (e.g., construction sites): hard hat, safety vest, steel‑toe shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, and fall protection (e.g., safety harness).Protected from weather but not temperature; work in 105°ree; to 32°ree; Fahrenheit. As a Sorter at MyUS you will be responsible for sorting out completed packages that have been inputted into the system by loggers and placing those packages in there specified location within our racking/inventory system.     Monday-Friday 4:00PM to 12:45AM*

    *=Overtime will be required frequently due to business needs meaning you will frequently be required to work a 10 hour shift with a potential 2 hour variation at the start or end of your shift.

    $19.50/hr

     

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Walk-through all areas of login and stations as well as package support areas to retrieve packages. Align and place racks from previous shift, keep racks neatly organized with labels facing out Place empty racks in proper locations with correct labels and materials  Pre-sort through packages off conveyer belt and place packages on the corresponding racks to be placed in the inventory area  Pick up and sort through heavy pallets from login areas Provide receiving team with bins to place smaller packages Monitor conveyer belt is working properly, and no packages are hindering flow of conveyer belt Sweep and remove any debris from work area Maintains a safe and clean work environment by following all procedures, rules, and regulations Assure safety standards are being utilized, and complies with all company, local, state, and federal guidelines Attend all Compliance Training Classes and abide by Compliance Policy and Procedure Exude exemplary customer service and consistently maintain a positive attitude Special projects and other responsibilities may be determined and assigned by Management
