As Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for guiding day-to-day operations in a high-volume distribution center serving two iconic quick service restaurant brands. In This Role, You'll:

Lead warehouse operations across two shifts, overseeing associates in a temperature-controlled environmentEnsure timely receiving, picking, and dispatch of goods while maintaining food safety and quality standardsMonitor productivity, safety, sanitation, and product integrity across all warehouse processesCommunicate clearly and regularly with your team, set expectations and keeping operations alignedTrack KPIs, complete reports (logs, timecards, damage, productivity), and act based on the dataPlan labor and equipment needs to meet dynamic operational demandsWork collaboratively across teams to support performance, safety, and customer satisfaction

What You'll Bring:

3-6 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including team supervisionAA degree preferred (vocational/technical accepted), forklift instructor certification a plusStrong knowledge of safety protocols, food handling, and inventory best practicesProficiency in computer systems and reporting (barcoding, warehouse systems, timekeeping)Ability to lead a diverse team in a 24/7 operation with a focus on collaboration, safety, and efficiency

The Schedule & Setting:

Full-time, on-site supervisory role in a temperature-controlled warehouseSupports a 24/7 operation with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededLeads a large-scale warehouse team focused on safety, reliability, and serviceThe schedule is 7:00am until done, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday

We seek a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to maintain inventory, to ship and receive products as a key function of the manufacturing process in producing equipment for the geotechnical industry.  Aid and support shop personnel in daily activities by utilizing work tickets to pull goods and materials to stage for production, checking and refilling supplies (cleaners, rags, tape, gloves, grinding wheels, safety glasses), emptying trash and keeping production and warehouse floor swept. Acts as additional resource in helping other shop personnel in lifting or operating fork trucks. 

The hours for this role are typically 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday with overtime available.

What you will do for us:Manage warehouse inventory and maintains database. Coordinate and schedule the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products.Implement daily production and shipping plan, arranging for excess stock to be stored in warehouse.Manage daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments.Confirm availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.Identify and report slow-moving products and with approval, arrange for the removal of the product.Manually handle, repack, or restack pallets of finished product as needed.Operate fork truck and overhead crane in the shop, as well as operate company vehicle to travel locally or regionally based on business need. Documents all related activities and completes forms and reportsReceive inbound freight and raw materials, records receipts into inventory Prepare goods from sales orders to pull parts and box/pallet for shipment. Enter information into freight carrier databases. The ideal candidate will have the following experience:High school diploma or equivalent required.Prior warehouse or related work experience preferred. Inventory control experience, preferred.Must possess and maintain in good standing a valid state driver’s license, required. .Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
A little more about our work environment:This position primarily works in a heavy manufacturing environment where the ability to work in a variety ofenvironmental conditions including exposure to heat and cold both inside and outside of the building, and around loud noises. Lead and motivate all warehouse personnel through daily development and coaching. Ensure every Delivery Driver is checked-in immediately upon his return to the warehouse; this includes the counting of all returned product, empties, pallets, and carts. Ensure all warehouse employees abide by company policies and procedures. Ability to lead forklift and pallet jack certification classes. Rotate product within the warehouse to make sure the oldest product is loaded for delivery first. Supervise all functions of “Location Based Inventory” and “Voice Picking” programs. Ensure warehouse, grounds and keg/pallet yards are kept clean. Must be able to work flexible shifts to accommodate peak times and seasonal selling periods. Adapt to any new responsibilities required by the Warehouse Manager.
