    Maintenance Supervisor | Blair, NE We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead the facility and equipment maintenance team at our Blair distribution center. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, mechanically sound environment by coordinating daily repairs, preventative maintenance, and sortation audits. Salary Range: $70,000 – $75,000 per year Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Coordinate daily activities and training for maintenance staff to ensure rapid response times. System Oversight: Monitor conveyor systems, sortation reports, and PLC systems to maintain peak operational flow. Compliance knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding. Systems: Experience with conveyor systems, fire protection, and AutoCAD/PLC. Education: Vocational training in a trade (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) preferred.
