Position Summary

The ARMHS staff provide adult rehabilitative mental health services that instruct, assist, and support the recipient in basic living and social skills to individuals with serious mental illnesses or serious and persistent mental illnesses. The service areas would include: interpersonal communication skills, community resource utilization and integration skills, crisis assistance, relapse prevention skills, health care directives, budgeting and shopping skills, healthy lifestyle skills and practices, cooking and nutrition skills, transportation skills, medication education and monitoring, mental illness symptom management skills, household management skills, employment-related skills, and transition to community living services. It is collaborative in nature and requires working closely with Community Services, Court Services, private providers, outside resources, and programs at Canvas Health. Requires the ability to drive to individuals' homes or in the community when needed.

This position will primarily be serving individuals in Ramsey and Washington counties.
