JOB SUMMARY:
The Optometrist supports the Clinical department by practicing full-scope optometry and providing the highest quality of preventative, therapeutic, and refractive vision care. In addition, this position will support practice growth by establishing patient relationships and education to the patient on eyecare. This position is part-time for a minimum of two clinical days/week.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

JOB SUMMARY:
The Dental Assistant is responsible for assisting the dentist and in some cases dental hygienist in the direct provision of primary care dental services to patients of the health center. This position is open to both licensed and unlicensed dental assistants. The Dental Assistant is also responsible for sterilization, preparation and inventory control of dental instruments and supplies, and other related work under the direct supervision of the Dental Director and Dental Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinic operations

The X-Ray Certified Lab Tech is responsible for facilitation of patient care through the delivery of timely, quality patient health services. This position is also responsible for assisting provider staff with procedures as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Work with medical staff to provide support, contact patients, follow up with patients, and maintain files and policies for clinical procedures.Rooming Patients:
Room patients in exam rooms: including taking vital signs, history, and preparing patient and equipment to be seen by the provider.Collect specimens and perform routine diagnostic procedures including EKGs, audiograms, vision and hearing screenings, ear irrigations, TB skin tests, spirometry, assisting with minor surgery and other procedures.Administer medications and vaccinations per provider order.Administrative Duties:

Perform phlebotomy and capillary punctures on patients to obtain samples for testing in accordance with laboratory procedures and policies. Participates in quality improvement activities including analysis of proficiency testing samples, performing and documenting quality control, monitoring and distributing results according to established guidelines to ensure accuracy of tests performed in the laboratory. Perform and document equipment maintenance including troubleshooting and problem solving equipment malfunctions ensuring proper functioning of lab equipment.Monitor and requests laboratory supplies to ensure proper inventory to avoid interruption in service. JOB SUMMARY:
The Family Practice Physician (MD) will provide comprehensive primary care medical services for the patients of RCH within the scope of licensing, training and credentialing. The physician will work closely with advanced practitioners and medical support staff to provide quality patient care. He or she will implement and maintain the highest standards of professional medical care for the patients at RCH.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide 8 sessions (32 hours) a week of patient care in the clinic through a combination of in-person visits and telemedicine visits for 1.0 FTE. The clinic wants to maintain a high degree of accessibility to patients. Providers are to expect consistency in their schedule and any changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. If you are working a shift above and beyond your FTE to help RCH with unmet need, you will be reimbursed at a rate of as detailed in the contract. The clinic provides 8 hours of administrative time to address patient care for 1.0 FTE. Available days for administration are based on current need in the clinic and distributed by seniority.
