    In this role, youll play an important part in shaping the financial story of our franchise management organization. Working closely with our FP&A team, youll support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for a network of 200+ independently owned franchise locations.     What Youll Do
    Complete and summarize ad hoc financial analyses to support of FP&A and business priorities Coordinate the drafting and completion of detailed monthly financial reports and presentation materials used for monthly updates and quarterly Board of Directors meetings Support budget and quarterly forecast processes, ensuring timely, accurate inputs from cross-functional teams.Build and report on budget group level financial reports that will facilitate monthly performance reviewsDevelop variance analyses to explain differences between actual, budget, and forecast results.Monitor KPIs, business trends, and key drivers of franchise and corporate financial performance.Partner with FP&A team to create and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting and financial reportingAssist in benchmarking franchise performance across locations, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare data-driven insights and recommendations for leadership to support decision-making.Provide financial analysis support for new initiatives, special projects, and strategic planning.Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance efficiency through automation and improved tools.What Were Looking For
    Solid foundation in financial analysis, reporting, or related experience (13 years preferred)A naturally curious mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsEagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a collaborative team environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Excel and comfort working with financial models; experience with other reporting tools a plusExcellent communication skills and a helpful, customer-focused approach.Ability to manage multiple requests and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.A genuine interest in supporting the mental health field and working with a mission-driven team.What We Offer:

    What Youll Do
    As a Helpdesk Specialist, youll be the first point of contact for technology needs across our organization. Youll manage support tickets, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure our team has the tools they need to do their best work.

    Key responsibilities include:
    Managing IT support tickets, resolving issues directly or escalating as needed.Providing support for Microsoft applications, operating systems, and SaaS tools.Offering remote and onsite support for computer hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Setting up and deploying technology for new hires and leading IT onboarding.Maintaining and tracking technology inventory, ensuring equipment is available and functional.Assisting during events to ensure smooth technology operation.Creating documentation, knowledge base guides, and recommending process improvements.What Were Looking For

This role plays a crucial part in supporting patients' needs and promoting improved mental health outcomes. This is a full-time position which includes 30-35 hours per week of client facing time.

    Position location is flexible and can be based out of any of our Minnesota clinics.

    Compensation: The salary range for this position is $274,000 - 312,000. Salary is based on experience and qualifications.

    Required Skills/Abilities:
    Medical degree (MD or DO) and board certified in Psychiatry.In-depth knowledge of the DSM-5 and its application in diagnosing mental health conditions. Understanding of psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, substance use disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, eating disorders, and other mood or psychotic disorders. Knowledge of both pharmacological treatments and psychotherapeutic techniques Understanding of medication management protocols, including how to monitor for effectiveness, adjust dosages, and manage side effects or adverse reactions.Strong diagnostic and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate complex psychiatric conditions and provide accurate diagnoses.Ability to provide emotional support and understanding, especially for patients facing challenging mental health conditions.Exhibit good judgement, honesty, integrity, responsibility, and punctuality.
