    Position Overview:Responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of commercial properties.     Job Summary and Qualifications

    This seasonal position has diverse responsibilities which may include, but are not limited to:Grounds keepingPaintingUse of Boom and Scissor lifts to perform cleaning of dust off pipes and other elevated surfacesAssisting in Central Store when needed (inventory, locating products, etc.)Other duties as assignedSchedule: Monday-Thursday; 6:00 am to 4:00 pm Qualifications:This position requires the ability to lift, carry, and/or transport up to 15 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Previous industrial painting and/or grounds maintenance experience is a plusAbility to work and operate lift equipment, preferred
