  Position Overview:
  Responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of commercial properties. A general cleaner must follow company mission statement and values.

  Essential Functions:

  Maintain a high standard of excellenceEmpty trash receptaclesVacuumDust mop/sweep hard surface floorsWet mop hard surface floorsClean units including but not limited to restrooms, kitchens, lobbiesWipe Spots and smudges from entry doorsDust horizontal surfaces when left clearedHigh dustingDust windowsills and blindsSurgical Cleaning in medical facilityReport unit maintenance issues as per company procedureReport damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture and linensReport inventory and supplies to SupervisorReport lost and found items to Supervisor/ManagerAssist in maintaining storage closets clean and organizedEnsure a safe working environment at each site and officeUtilize supplies and equipment efficiently and effectivelyUtilize time wisely and efficiently
  

  Experience and Education Requirements:

  Janitorial experience is a plusA passion for cleanlinessStrong work ethicAbility to learn and change behaviorWork irregular hoursTravel - rarely

  Responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the floor/carpet care of commercial properties. A Floor Tech must ensure he / she follows company mission
  statement and values. The purpose of this position is to achieve a standard of floor/carpet care in the most efficient way to serve customers/tenants with great quality.
  

  Essential Functions:
  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  Maintain a high standard of excellence.Makes sure timesheets are completed per job site.Dust mop/sweep hard surface floors.Buff floorsScrub floorsLay waxStrip waxCarpet extractionShampooing carpetReport unit maintenance issues as per company procedure.Report damaged, dirty or stained carpets.Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively.
  Utilize time wisely and efficiently.
  

  Experience and Education Requirements:

  High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Floor technician experience a plus.Strong work ethic.Ability to learn and change behavior.Work irregular hours.Travel - rarely

  The Operations Manager is responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of commercial properties. An Operations Manager must follow company mission statement and values.
  
  Essential Functions:
