    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in the Accounting and Finance industry. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work with non-profit organizations. The Senior Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing tax planning, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with international, federal, state, and local tax laws. This role is ideal for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive knowledge of non-profit tax regulations and forms such as 990-EZ, 990 N, Form 990, Form 1023, Form 1024, and Form 8868.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Taxation is a plus.
    2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
    3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on non-profit tax services.
    4. Extensive knowledge and experience with non-profit tax forms (990-EZ, 990 N, Form 990, Form 1023, Form 1024, Form 8868).
    5. Strong understanding of international, federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
    6. Exceptional client service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    7. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    10. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    11. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    12. Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
