Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Consumer Behavior, or a related field.8+ years of experience in category strategy, category management, category leadership, retail analytics, shopper insights, sales strategy, or related commercial functions.3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.Demonstrated ability to synthesize multiple data sources into actionable business recommendations and category roadmaps.Strong understanding of retail, omnichannel commerce, category management principles, retailer strategies, and shopper behavior.Experience working with syndicated data, retailer data, consumer insights, space analytics, and category performance metrics.Proven success influencing senior leaders, cross-functional stakeholders, and external customer partners.Exceptional communication, storytelling, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Preferred

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$164,200.00 - $205,200.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

Powers Products Co. is hiring a Commercial Mechanical Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain specialized operable wall, fire/smoke separation, coiling door, and related commercial specialty systems.
This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined field service professional who enjoys solving unfamiliar problems, working directly with customers, and building expertise in a niche specialty trade. You do not need prior experience with these exact systems, but you should bring strong mechanical aptitude, field-service judgment, and the ability to represent the company professionally in active commercial environments.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical issues with operable walls, fire/smoke separation systems, coiling doors, tracks, motors, and related specialty systems.Perform inspections, maintenance, adjustments, and repairs to help systems operate safely and as intended.Work in finished commercial, government, institutional, and federal facilities while maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite.Communicate clearly with facility managers, site contacts, customers, and internal team members.Document service findings using photos, notes, digital reports, and provided field technology.Follow site-specific safety, access, and security requirements.Work from ladders, lifts, roofs, heights, and tight spaces as needed.Travel regionally for service work, including occasional overnight trips.Support teammates in the field and help maintain Powers Products’ reputation for quality, professionalism, and relationship-focused service.What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined field service professional who enjoys solving unfamiliar problems, working directly with customers, and building expertise in a niche specialty trade. You do not need prior experience with these exact systems, but you should bring strong mechanical aptitude, field-service judgment, and the ability to represent the company professionally in active commercial environments.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical issues with operable walls, fire/smoke separation systems, coiling doors, tracks, motors, and related specialty systems.Perform inspections, maintenance, adjustments, and repairs to help systems operate safely and as intended.Work in finished commercial, government, institutional, and federal facilities while maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite.Communicate clearly with facility managers, site contacts, customers, and internal team members.Document service findings using photos, notes, digital reports, and provided field technology.Follow site-specific safety, access, and security requirements.Work from ladders, lifts, roofs, heights, and tight spaces as needed.Travel regionally for service work, including occasional overnight trips.Support teammates in the field and help maintain Powers Products’ reputation for quality, professionalism, and relationship-focused service.What We’re Looking For
