What will you be doing?
Toprovide diseasestate relatededucational support toidentifiedpatients, Healthcare Professionalsand tooffice staff as agreed with the Client Account Manager, Field.
To present educational programs to community support groups and Healthcare Professionalsin accordance withthe needs of each office.
To only use approved materials provided byInizio Engageor by the client, without changing,copyingor distributing the materials.
To attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments thatInizio Engagerequires, toan appropriate standardand within a specifiedtimeframe
Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers.
Tofacilitatethe development and provision of services across multiple healthcare sectors, asdeterminedby the Client Account Manager, Field.
To constantly consider new and innovative approaches that potentially develop new partnership opportunities.
Complete all required administrative responsibilitiesin a timely manner. Some of these could include but are not limitedto;daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports,emailsand monthly expense reports.
Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws.
Attendlocal and national meetings and/or conferences, as required, to keep abreast of plans,activitiesand developments and to exchange knowledge and experience within the team.
Maintain all company equipment and materialsin accordance withcompanyinstructions
Comply withallInizio EngagePolicies and Procedures, along with all Client Policies and Procedures asrequired.
Be contactable during working hours to answerqueries
Topossessafullvalid US driver’s license at all timesand to notify the companyimmediatelyof any offences or accumulation of penalty points.

What do you need for this position?
Registered Nurse with active state license with no restrictions
BSN preferred with 3 years’ minimum experience as a Registered Nurse
Pharmaceutical industry and home care experiencepreferred
Preferred minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a neurology or immunology disease state or related field
Preferred experience with patient home injection training
Demonstrate effective and professionalcommunication
Ability to present to various groups of people including physicians and other members of the officestaff
Excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrable organizational skills
A self-starter with high personal motivation
Ability to manage multipletasks
Evidence of continual professional development and a desire to update professional knowledge baseregularlyTravel within geography up to 50%, may be asked to travel outside of assignedgeography

What will you be doing?
Provide remote (web-based, telephone) education and training to assigned patients prescribed client product and have opted into the clinical educator program
Bachelor’s degree required in nursing or equivalent health care discipline such as Pharmacy, Respiratory Therapy, NP or PA Degree. Master’s level education preferred.
Hybrid Virtual Clinical Educator may be required to conduct in-person education, if business permits.
Hybrid Virtual Clinical Educator identifies, supports, and communicates unique educational opportunities for related product and shares intelligence with leadership.
Hybrid Virtual Clinical Educator contributes clinical insights in support of the development of both short and long- term enhancement of program offerings.
Conducting outbound medication adherence support to patients and or caregivers
Enrolling patients/caregiver into educational seminars or providing resources to assist them with finding local community resources or centers of care for their specialty or primary care disease
To maintain excellent quality and superior customer service while adhering to program talking points or scripts and leverage live video conferencing software on the web/client specific websites as applicable

What do you need for this position?
Current Registered Nurse US healthcare professional license required
Bachelor’s degree required in nursing or equivalent health care discipline such as Pharmacy, Respiratory Therapy, NP or PA Degree. Master’s level education preferred.
Minimum of 3 or more years of successful combined clinical experience and/or pharmaceutical sales, clinical educator, or medical affairs experience (primary care, specialty care, institutional; background in TA, Respiratory, Rheumatology, Immunology or Specialty focus preferred.
Experience working in a remote setting handling patient interactions
Ability to travel in the US including overnight travel
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
Demonstrate effective and professional communication
Excellent interpersonal skills with pleasant telephone manner and articulate phone voice
Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology
Demonstrable organizational skills
Evidence of continual professional development and a desire to update professional knowledge base regularly
The most likely base pay range for this position is $88K – $132K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
