Identifies key behavioral and technical competencies that drive success, share recruitment sourcing strategies, and set expectations around process and timeline. Manage the strategic sourcing and social media strategy using platforms such as Glassdoor, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Infinite Legacy website, and related career pages. Coordinates onsite and phone interviews, as well as schedules for interview teams. Collaborates with HR Team to develop and implement non-traditional networking events and meetups while growing strong relationships with industry leaders and community partners. Assists or executes the offer process while also supporting and participating in the onboarding orientation of new employees.Manages employee referral program and formal internship program. Tracks and reports key metrics designed to measure and predict recruiting activity and diversity initiatives. Serves as a support and partner in special HR projects associated with employee engagement, satisfaction or organizational development and success.Participates, supports, or leads special HR projects/activities such as The Infinite Legacy Wellness program, summer internship program, Donation University, simulation, professional development opportunities or other specialized programs.Build a strong network of contacts with other recruiters, HR professionals and hiring managers.Other duties as assigned.
