    Your responsibilities:

    - Safely and efficiently operate a Sit Down Counterbalance Forklift to move, stack, and retrieve high-volume, palletized materials throughout the warehouse and loading docks.
    - Execute critical inventory placement tasks, including putaway, replenishment, and retrieving full pallet loads from high racks (up to client-specific height).
    - Load and unload trailers and containers meticulously, ensuring loads are properly balanced and secure according to safety and transport regulations.
    - Conduct mandatory pre-shift OSHA-compliant forklift inspections (daily checklist) and report any maintenance needs immediately.
    - Work collaboratively with inventory control and order selection teams to ensure accurate material flow and location management.
