Role Details
Location: Hershey, PA (Onsite)Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PMPay Rate: $20 - $21/hourKey Responsibilities
Payment Entry: Accurately post daily payments, rejections, and adjustments from insurance carriers (ERAs/EOBs) and patients to accounts.Reconciliation: Reconcile daily cash receipts and electronic deposits against bank statements.Discrepancy Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve payment discrepancies, underpayments, or misapplied funds.Batch Balancing: Close and balance payment batches daily within the billing system.Collaboration: Partner with the billing and accounts receivable teams to address outstanding payment issues.Qualifications
