Job DescriptionSafety/Quality Manager\n$70,000 - $90,000 doe\n \n \nWe seeking a motivated entry-level Safety & Quality Manager to join our team and lead safety and quality compliance efforts at our glass fabrication plant in Aurora, CO. The Safety & Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing all safety and quality compliance initiatives, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement programs. This role is critical in maintaining Trulite’s commitment to operational excellence, ensuring a safe work environment, and delivering top-tier products to our customers.\n \nWho You Are: \n\nStrong Manufacturing Safety background with Quality Assurance skills\nHighly self-motivated individual with a driven mentality\nStrategic thinker\nOrganized\n\n \nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nSafety Management:\n\nLead all plant safety compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to OSHA regulations and Trulite safety policies.\nConduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions.\nDevelop and facilitate safety training programs to promote awareness and reinforce best practices across all levels of the organization.\nMaintain accurate safety documentation, including policies, procedures, and compliance records.\nDrive proactive safety initiatives, including near-miss reporting, hazard reduction programs, and continuous improvement projects.\n\nQuality Assurance:\n\nOversee quality control programs to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer expectations, and Trulite’s quality requirements.\nConduct internal audits to evaluate process compliance, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.\nCollaborate with production teams to analyze quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive process improvements.\nMaintain and enhance quality documentation, including standard operating procedures, inspection reports, and compliance records.\nChampion continuous improvement initiatives focused on defect reduction, process efficiency, and overall product quality enhancement.\n\n \nSkills You Bring: \n\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Occupational Safety or a related field; OR equivalent industrial manufacturing experience.\nOne (1) year or more of manufacturing/industrial safety experience.\nKnowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety programs, and quality management systems (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).\nPrevious experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to lead and influence teams while fostering a culture of safety and quality excellence.\n\n \nWhy Trulite:\nTrulite offers the most comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry.
