In-Home Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

Deliver a professional presentation to homeowners following a well-trained sales system on an iPad and close same-day salesOvercome objections and handle rejection positivelyComplete electronic contracts with accurate details of the product(s) the customer is purchasing from American Home DesignSell at least 30% of the leads issued to youOccasionally generate own business leads (up to 1 hour/day)Run approximately 8-10 leads a weekProvide excellent customer service before and after installation
