    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Provide case coverage support to Physicians, Hospital Staff, and other Healthcare Personnel to ensure proper and optimal use of the Uterine Ablation System.Able to cover cases in local area and surrounding areas within 60-100 mile radius In conjunction with Territory Sales Manager, provide case and clinical support during product evaluations to prospective customers. Keep current on all product literature and industry developments Ensure all product issues or concerns are properly addressed to ensure long term customer satisfaction. Report customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests within 24 hours of being notified. Complete all required reports weekly. Comply, meet, and abide by all territory healthcare facility vendor credentialing polices.Must have flexible schedule on weekly basis to cover cases as requested by area rep.Number of cases per week varies based on territory need. Territory needs could span in and around Peoria, IL and into MO - must be able and willing to travel.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachleor’s Degree, RN, Physician Assistant or Certified Medical Technician, Surgical Scrub TechTwo years of medical device or Operating Room experience, preferredGyn/Surg related experience, preferredStrong verbal communication skillsMust be able to meet industry credentialing requirements/standards.     Job DescriptionJob Description

    The Clinical Optimization Specialist position will promote and support the client’s device – an effective fluid management device for patients with sepsis and septic shock. This is a PRN/1099 role. The Clinical Specialist will do on-site support, traveling to hospitals/clinical facilities for introduction, training, and/or implementation of the device. The Clinical Specialist will work closely with physicians, nurses, educators, patients and administrative staff. Additionally, you are responsible for any follow-up, device support, troubleshooting, customer service and education as required.

    ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Travel to hospitals/clinical facilities to support device introduction, training, and/or implementation.Work closely with physicians, nurses, educators, patients, and administrative staff to facilitate an exceptional clinical experience.Play an instrumental role in organizational development by promoting a progressive approach to the management of critically ill patients.Assess learning needs, conduct training programs and provide individualized teaching to clinical staff.Demonstrate initiative and a level of expertise in use of the device to serve as a resource to physicians, therapists and patients.

    Establish standards of practice in the use of the device to ensure exceptional care and user compliance.

    QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum of 5 years of critical care/emergency medicine/telemetry/step-down - requiredValid Nursing or Physician Assistant license - requiredAdvanced clinical expertise - requiredAbility to travel within assigned territories with 2-3 overnight stays – requiredBachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher - desiredCardiopulmonary background – desiredAutonomous, able to complete goals with minimal supervision.Must be organized, self-motivated and possess integrity, initiative, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong public speaking and presentation skills highly desired.Possess analytical skills: independently gather and interpret data.Possess a talent for quickly mastering technology.Must be able to meet industry credentialing requirements/standards.     Job DescriptionJob Description

    The PRN/1099 Clinical Specialist is a focused individual who has a passion for patient care and physician and staff education. This person will proctor cases to excellence and independently cover CVAC procedures, training the surgical team on the safe and effective uses of the device (kidney stone removal). The Clinical Specialist works closely with the surgical team members to provide clinical product assistance to the surgeon by being familiar with the surgical procedure, instruments, supplies and equipment. The Clinical Specialist will train the surgical team on instrument preparation prior to cases and during the surgical procedure.

    Candidates will ideally live in/around either Chicago, IL or St. Louis, MO with broad flight access to deploy into coverage opportunities regionally or nationally. This position is capable of covering any CVAC case in the territory, region, or at times, the nation, as assigned.

    In This Role, You Will:

    Provide clinical case coverage as assignedTrains the surgical team to assist in good patient outcomes and verbally supports cases during training periodAcquires and maintains current knowledge of perioperative surgical technology practice and hospital policies and proceduresDevelops technical acumen to a level to serve as an educational resource to customers completing CVAC Aspiration System proceduresDemonstrates appropriate interactions with all hospital service providersMaintains and prepares equipment/kits for surgery including Quality Control audits of equipment/kitsTroubleshoots equipment according to standard procedureProvides intra-operative clinical product supportWhen required, ensures that 100% of received inventory and returned inventory matches with shipping documentsAssists in the delivery of procedural training to physicians and medical staffEnsure compliance with all company policies, including the quality policy, on label promotion and interactions with health care professionalsOther duties may be assigned

    Director, Professional EducationCoordination with Territory Sales Managers and Regional Business Managers

    Requirements:

    Experience in surgical technique and sterile procedures in the operating roomExperience utilizing fluoroscopy a plusCustomer relationship and procedural skill developmentHighly desirable candidates will have a high tenure in medical device procedure support in the operative room setting and degree or certification in a medical related field (ex: LPN, RN, Surg Tech, Rad Tech, etc).Able to travel up to 80%Compliance with relevant county, state, and Federal rules regarding vaccinations.Must be able to meet industry credentialing requirements/standards. Clear and complete background investigation and drug screen, complete immunizations and pass regulatory exams.
