    Key responsibilities this position will perform include:

    Leadership & HR Operations

    Manage day-to-day HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards. Supervise and mentor HR staff Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes to ensure a positive employee experience.

    Employee Relations & Compliance

    Participate in investigations related to workplace concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, FLSA, ADA, HIPAA, EEO).

    Benefits & Compensation

    Support annual open enrollment and related employee communications. Process benefit change requests.

    Reporting & Data Management

    Maintain HRIS records and generate reports related to turnover, diversity, compensation, and compliance. Prepare data and reports for audits, board presentations, and accreditation reviews

    The ideal candidate will have:

    Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred

    5+ years progressive HR experience
    Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables). High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Effective written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with benefits administration and HR processes is a plus. CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mission-centered environment.

    We are seeking a Clinical Curriculum and Resource Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to the Clinical Staff Development (CSD) department in achievement of departmental and organizational goals. This person will coordinate the logistics of orientation didactic curriculum and training programs including but not limited to continuing education and practice/policy change updates. We are looking for an individual who will maintain accurate training records, and training files, assists with preparation of educational materials, and collaborates with all CSD members to ensure smooth operations and execution of all staff development initiatives.


    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


    Support curriculum and content development by working with Clinical Educators and leadership to create instructional materials, presentations, and interactive resources. Proofread and format content for accuracy and professionalism.Coordinate training programs and events such as orientation didactics, workshops, and department-specific sessions-managing scheduling, invitations, logistics, and tracking participant completion and outcomes.Provide administrative support to the CSD team, including managing meeting logistics, maintaining attendance records, and distributing training communications.Maintain training records and compliance documentation, monitor up-to-date staff documentation and competency assessments. Collaborate with QA to conduct training file audits and generate compliance reports, identifying and addressing discrepancies.Manage learning management systems (LMS) and resources, including Traincaster LMS and the DCIDS electronic clinical resource hub. Responsibilities include uploading content, creating and upholding site infrastructure, providing assignments, monitoring usage and permissions, updating materials, and coordinating with IT and CSD team members.Collect and analyze training-related data, including surveys and performance metrics, to support continuous improvement in training processes and outcomes. Prepare reports in partnership with the Project Manager.Coordinate cross-Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) training alignment, collaborating with training leaders across all three OPOs to ensure consistency in standards of practice and instructional implementation.

    Manage departmental supplies and technology needs for training sessions, ensuring availability of materials and smooth operation of equipment in coordination with IT.Demonstrate DCIDS core values-selfless, hardworking, passionate, and dependable-serving as a role model within Clinical Departments.Perform other related duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education Required: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

    Experience: Minimum two (2) years of administrative/project management experience - preferably in either a healthcare or organizational development setting.

    Licenses/ Certifications: Valid Driver's License with ability to meet MVR underwriting requirements.

    Computer Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required - Including but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Sharepoint, Forms. Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Traincaster and/or Articulate 360/Storyline preferred.

    Below are some of the key accountabilities/qualifications this position will hold:

    Performs aseptic recovery of musculoskeletal tissue and skin tissue. Assists in general practices such as room setup and breakdown, culturing, labeling, rinsing, and packaging tissue and reconstruction of the donor.

    Coordinates tissue donation process, procurement, shipping, and storage of tissue, while maintaining a positive, professional relationship with hospital, funeral home, and medical examiner staff. Safely and responsibly recovers human tissue for transplant and/or research while providing special care to ensure presentation for funeral purposes. Assembles team, supplies, and supplies, and donor to recover facility.

    Assists in receiving/releasing and transporting donors while ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.
    Assists in the ordering and inventory of necessary ocular, tissue, and organ recovery supplies to ensure operations can run smoothly. Maintains stockroom areas through organi

    Assists in the overall cleaning, decontamination, assembly, processing, and dispensing of recovery instruments and equipment needed for daily operations.

    Coordinates with vendors for services and/or repairs needed for facility and/or equipment, the delivery of recovery instruments for sterilization, disposal of biohazard waste, and delivery/pickup of scrub services.

    Other responsibilities may include moving and lifting donors, drawing blood for infectious disease testing, and any other tasks deemed necessary by the Tissue Recovery Manager or Manager of Supplies, Equipment, and Logistics.

    Responsible for performing quality assurance inspection of all incoming orders, maintains logs according to policies and procedures, complies with safety regulations and maintains accurate records per protocols.

    Performs other duties as assigned.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    High School Diploma or Equivalent.Prior experience in a related Allied Health field (i.e., EMT, ORT, CST, SA, ST or Tissue Banking) Valid driver's license, as well as ability to pass all MVR (motor vehicle record) underwriting requirements. Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications to include Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required.
