Mechanical 3D design and stress analysis for piping, tanks and pressure vessels. Oversee all design responsibilities and ensure projects are profitable and completed on time. Preferred but not required AutoCAD Plant 3D experience or another 3D design software Stress Analysis experience (Using Triflex, open to Caesar II or Autodesk FEA) Piping Design Job Responsibilities: Responsibilities – Mechanical/Piping Design, 60% Design responsibility for all mechanical/piping work Perform field work Inspecting plant conditions Verifying existing plant conditions Designing mechanical and/or piping systems Layout new equipment for most efficient use of space and resources Develop feasible design solutions Perform stress analysis and back train others Design guidance and review for design work by others Perform calculations as required Work with applicable codes to ensure design compliance Stamp drawings in AL, GA, MS, and FL Responsibility – Project Design Supervision, 20% Develop plan of work and oversee drawings as required.
