Supervision is provided by seasoned Dietitians, who will be available for questions, guidance and support to staff working in the field. Dietitians are additionally supported by administrative staff who assist with communication, documentation management, and general operational coordination.

    Role Description

    This is a part-time role for an RDN based in Palmdale, CA and the surrounding areas for 6 to 12 bed CLHFs. RDN will be assigned multiple CLHF locations to provide monthly clinical services. For each assigned CHLF, new hires will be responsible for new patient assessments, monthly follow-up patient evaluations (focusing on continuity of care), Title 22 compliance audits, ongoing communication with nursing staff, in-services, as needed, and special projects, as needed.

    The typical CLHF patient ranges from short-term rehabilitation to long-term, complex sub-acute needs.

    Perfect for a seasoned or newly credentialed RDN. Can serve as a supplement to other employment or a great introduction to independent clinical practice. Flexible hours. Evenings and weekends OK! Set your own schedule.
