As a key member of the clinical leadership team, the Clinical Manager will oversee a 44-bed skilled nursing and long-term care neighborhood, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centered care. This role is responsible for driving resident satisfaction, advancing quality outcomes, and fostering strong employee engagement within the team.
The Clinical Manager will lead the assessment, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of care while actively mentoring and developing staff to support professional growth and operational excellence.

How you will make an impact
Coordinating, implementing, and overseeing the clinical care of guests/residents in skilled nursing/long-term care neighborhoodsMaintaining clinical practice and processes in accordance with the Erickson Senior Living Management Policies and Procedures and nursing standards of practice.Ownership of documentation process, including MDS, care plans, incident reporting, and charting requirementsEnsuring appropriate staff is on duty based on guest/resident acuity and provides recommendations based on identified needs of the neighborhood. Monitoring all aspects of infection control for staff and guests/residents and collaborating with clinical leadership to develop an appropriate process to ensure effective infection control monitoring, including antibiotic stewardship.Analyzing, developing, and implementing Quality Improvement measures for clinical indicators/benchmarking such as Falls, Pressure Ulcers, Medication Errors, Restraint Utilization, Re-hospitalization, Anti-psychotic utilization, ADL splits/documentation, etc. Collaborating with Staff Development Coordinator to ensure all required training and competency reviews are completed according to federal, state, and local regulations. Participating in clinical leadership meetings such as Wound Rounds, Clinical Operations Meeting, Utilization Review, and Performance Improvement/Risk Management/Safety (PI/RM/S) CommitteeProvides leadership and guidance during annual survey/complaint investigations as well as other regulatory audits/reviewsCompensation: Salary range $100k-115k/year with eligibility for annual bonus.
What you will need
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a RN on a nursing unit (skilled nursing, long term care, assisted living or hospital) is required.Current Registered Nurse license for the state in which they operate. Current CPR requiredBasic computer skills required including experience with Microsoft Office, internet and web applications, Experience with electronic medical record preferred.Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable. Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). The LPN/LVN is responsible for providing clinical care to residents in the neighborhood according to the nursing standards of practice, board of nursing, and Erickson Senior Living standards.
Compensation: $32-$38 an hour (depending on experience), plus $1 an hour night shift differential
Schedule: 7pm-11pm, rotating schedule. Must be able to attend a week of orientation, Monday to Friday daytime hours.

Developing relationships with the residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs and focusing on placing the resident first. Assessing, observing, and evaluating resident’s clinical condition, document findings in the resident electronic medical record, and notify the provider and/or RN when necessary.Updating or modifying care plans as needed to reflect any changes to a resident’s care and service needs. Supervising and leading care associates Administering medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.Participating in meetings related to resident outcomes and care Responding to residents, family, or responsible parties in a timely and professional mannerParticipating in the review of clinical indicator reviews – falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use, etc. Other duties as assigned by RN clinical leaderWhat you will need
Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.Licensed by Colorado as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Completion of a 4-year podiatric college Geriatric Podiatry Experience Degree of Doctor of Podiatric Medicine, or DPM; Degree of Doctor of Podiatric Medicine, or DPM.Minimum of 2 years of practical service accomplished in clinics, allied clinical programs, affiliated teaching hospitals and private offices.Successful completion of residency programs lasting from 1 to 4 years, usually carried out in teaching hospitals and to include training and experience in such fields as emergency services, anesthesiology, radiology, general medicine, pathology, general surgery, and podiatric surgery, as well as dermatology, neurology, orthopedics, physical medicine, and rehabilitation.Questions?
