    Location: Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a full time Speech-Language Pathologist! SLPs support our residents with daily living activities, providing personalized care to meet each resident’s needs. With all residents living on campus, you’ll have the opportunity to be a part of their journey throughout their continuum of care. How you will make an impact: Providing speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings to meet customer needs across the community continuum of care. Following Federal, State, and all Payer guidelines, ASHA requirements, and company policies and procedures. Ensuring departmental understanding and compliance in the areas of care provision, documentation, billing reimbursement, resident rights, customer service, and compliance. Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care. What you will need: Minimum 1 years’ experience in working with the older adult population related to the therapies is preferred Current CPR Certification Current valid Speech-Language Pathologists license in the State of Maryland Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.     Join our Riderwood team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)!

    As a LPN you are responsible for providing clinical care to residents in the neighborhood according to the nursing standards of practice, board of nursing, and Erickson Senior Living standards. 

    We are currently seeking to fill Day, Evening and Night shift openings.

    Compensation: $32.00 - $40.00 hourly, commensurate with experience alongside additional shift differential earnings

    How you will make an impact

    Developing relationships with the residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs and focusing on placing the resident first.  

    Assessing, observing, and evaluating resident’s clinical condition, document findings in the resident electronic medical record, and notify the provider and/or RN when necessary.

    Updating or modifying care plans as needed to reflect any changes to a resident’s care and service needs. 

    Supervising and leading care associates 

    Administering medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.

    Participating in meetings related to resident outcomes and care 

    Responding to residents, family, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner

    Participating in the review of clinical indicator reviews – falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use, etc. 

    Other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader

    What you will need 

    Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.

    Licensed by the State of Maryland as a Licensed Practical Nurse. 

    CPR certification required.

    A passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate.

    Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
