    SERVCES PROJECT COORDINATOR (full-time position):

    Kambrian is a high-growth IT and Telcom value-added reseller (VAR) providing IT / Telecom services. We are looking for an experienced full-time operations team member who is responsive, enthusiastic, and flexible to help grow our low-voltage (cabling) and electrical Field Services business. New hire will learn significantly about operations, project management and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

    This is a full-time position with excellent fringe benefits. Hourly rate is $21-$24 commensurate with experience.


    Responsibilities:
    Project Coordination: help win more bids and ensure project success

    Assist with estimation and bidding process

    Assist with pre-qualification process with prime contractors

    Drive project kick-off, and mobilization of people, equipment, and material

    Manage projects and rollout implementations

    Order, track and manage material for projects

    Visit field to work with customers and field technician to assess project status and get feedback



    Technician dispatching and operations: help grow our business by delivering quality services

    Be responsive and responsible to customer's dispatch requests via email or calls to increase customer satisfaction and retention

    Schedule jobs and plan routes for technicians per customer job request to ensure availability

    Ensure technicians' performance following work-flow procedures like sending in closeout forms

    Ensure accurate record-keeping, eg technicians' hours, pay rate, and material used

    Assist accounting team with reconciliation of invoices with customers

    Identify and escalate issues timely to management if needed to resolve issues

    Skills and Experience requirements:

    Must be organized with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through

    Be good with numbers and computer efficiency

    Must be diligent in finishing tasks and resolving issues in a timely manner


    Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously

    Ability to identify customer issues for escalations if needed

    Ability to handle a high volume of emails and calls with customers and technicians

    Ability to build good relationship with field technicians and customers

    College degree required with at least 2-4 years of work experience

    Positive attitude to work on new tasks in fast-paced; covering for other teammates as needed

    IT or construction industry experience preferred

    Flexibility and willingness to work East Coast hours (6-3pm) or West Coast hours or 9-5pm PST or weeknight or weekends if needed

    Project Engineer Position:
    General knowledge of commercial construction
    Ability to read and review drawings and related documents (Civil, Architectural, Structural, MEP)
    Review Drawings, identify, and log discrepancies
    Maintain updated sets of construction drawings for field use
    Create, manage and track RFI's from the field to the design team
    Maintain/update project records for multiple jobs
    Experience reviewing submittals & RFI's.
    Coordinate permit submittals and track job progress thru the permitting process
    Monitor and Track permit submittals in various municipalities
    Answer and solve drawing related questions from the field
    Review Submittals from Subcontractors to confirm compliance with design drawings
    Drafts accurate scopes of work to be included in subcontracts and/or purchase order agreements
    Ensures subcontract agreements and amendments are issued/returned and follow up as needed
    Maintain control of all project documentation for multiple jobs
    Understands contract terms and obligations to ensure work in progress is within scope
    Assists in the resolution of issues with subcontractors, vendors, architects and owners
    Contributes to ensuring project completion is on time or ahead of schedule and with the expected level of profitability
    Professional level writing skills appropriate for correspondence including subcontracts, reports and responses to various clients, contractors and other agencies
    Experienced in managing multiple projects
    Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively with Submittal / RFI Management Programs, Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project


    Education and Experience:
    BS Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent Construction Management experience.
    Experience with AutoDesk (REVIT, CAD, BIM360) Sage300/Timberline, Microsoft Project is a plus


    Minimum 1 year successful experience in commercial construction. A strong internship or co-op experience will be considered.

    Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Principal/Senior Principal Structural Engineer to join the Infrastructure and Deployment Team. This position is in Roy, UT and supports the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. Final grade level offered will be based on candidate experience level.
    What You'll Get To Do:
    The selected candidate, as part of the Analysis Group within the Infrastructure and Deployment team, will be primarily responsible for the Analysis of the GBSD Facilities ability to delay unauthorized attempts to gain access (break-in). As "Delay Analysis Lead" this role will perform system level delay analysis of the Launch Facility, and lower-level validation analysis of the subsystem delay components as required. The role will be expected to coordinate with other teams performing testing and incorporate the test data collected. As delay is a critical requirement to the success of the GBSD system, the analysis will have high level visibility. As a part of the analysis team as a whole, the selected candidate will also have the responsibility and opportunity to peer-review other analysis work.
    Roles and Responsibilities:
    •Analyze and reports on delay performance of Launch Facility and other Structures.
    •Analyst will be required to research, compile and apply existing break-in and test data. Analyses of the structure will account for all applicable material types and various toolsets used by an attacker.
    •Analyses will be performed utilizing hand calculations and or finite element software packages such as Nastran and Abaqus.
    •When finite element models (FEMs) are appropriate, critical thinking skills will be required to develop a FEM to capture appropriate behavior of complex non-linear structures.
    •Due to the complex nature of the systems analyzed, the position requires working closely with multiple engineering disciplines including but not limited to Civil Design, System Engineering, and Mechanical Design to achieve program objectives in a timely manner.
    •Additional work responsibilities may include task planning, conducting technical peer reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.

    Job Description:
    Perform duties required to fabricate and assemble structural metal products, such as frameworks or subassemblies for machinery, and according to job order or blueprints.
    Essential Functions
    Read and interpret routings and blueprints, including weld symbols.
    Develop layout and plan sequence of operations for fabricating and assembling structural metal products, applying trigonometry and knowledge of metal.
    Locate and mark bending and cutting lines onto workpiece, allowing for stock thickness and machine and welding shrinkage,
    Set up and operate fabricating machines, such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, welders, and drill presses.
    Hammer and grind workpiece to cut, bend, and straighten metal
    Position, align, fit, and weld together parts, using jigs, welding torch, and hand tools.
    Preheat workpiece to render them malleable, using hand torch. Verify conformance of workpiece to specifications, using square, ruler, and measuring tape.
    Help design and construct templates, fixtures, and guarding
    Comply with company standards for attendance and hours of work.
    Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition, informing supervisor of defective or faulty equipment or materials and unusual conditions, maintaining quality standards and following safety rules.
    POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
    Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Welding certificate or associate degree preferred

We are currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager to help manage day-to-day operations at one of our two locations. Opportunities are available at both Thornton and Commerce City. We are seeking candidates who want to learn and grow into Site Managers, as there is much opportunity for advancement.
