    Responsibilities:

    As a Civil Engineering Lead, you will:

    3. Oversee and manage all phases of land development and site development projects, from planning and design to construction and completion.

    6. Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

    9. Develop and implement innovative drainage designs for various projects.
    10. Participate in K-12 education programs to promote civil engineering and inspire the next generation of engineers.

    Qualifications:

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    1. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
    2. A Professional Engineer (PE) license.
    3. A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development and site development.
    4. Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
    5. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and techniques.
    6. Proficiency in using civil engineering software and tools.
    7. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
    8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    9. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning to implementation.
