What You’ll Do

QualificationsProfessional Background
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. Structural Engineer (SE) license preferredBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred) OR Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering8+ years of progressive structural engineering experience, including leadership of complex projects and direct client interaction.Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams of three or more engineersDesign experience across a wide range of materials, project phases and sectorsA collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring and growthExperience with client development, relationship management, and business development is preferred, but not required. The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills. The expected range for a qualified candidate with at least 10 years of experience is $105,000 – $120,000.
