    General Job Responsibilities:

    A full-time opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support K-12 students within an elementary school setting for the full 2025-2026 school year. This contract position offers the chance to work across multiple locations in the Phoenix, AZ area, providing services to a diverse caseload of students from Kindergarten through 12th grade.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Deliver individualized physical therapy services to students in accordance with their educational and treatment plans.Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student progress and functional independence.Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes consistent with school and healthcare regulations.Adapt therapy techniques to meet the unique needs of students within the school environment.Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches for student success.
