    We're now looking for an associate-middle level Business Development Manager. This position is a full-time, Hybrid position.
    Your challenges:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the assigned region.Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in the residential energy sector, focusing on new business opportunities.Lead the localization of the company’s products and brand in the region, coordinating marketing activities to boost brand visibility.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify areas for business expansion and optimization.Collaborate closely with relevant departments to tailor sales strategies and offerings that align with customer needs.Provide senior management with regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activity.
    Your profile includes:Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 4 years of experience in the North American energy market, preferably with a background in sales and connections in residential solar, real estate, inverters, consumer electronics, or energy storage solutions.In-depth understanding of the energy industry, particularly in home energy storage systems, services, and market dynamics.Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong market analysis and expansion skills, effective communication and negotiation abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to think independently and logically.Fluent in spoken English, with proficiency in using English as the primary working language.Open-minded, collaborative, and excellent communication skills with a strong team-oriented approach.

    We're now looking for an associate level Solutions Sales Engineer. This position is a full-time, remote working, with 50% travel frequency position.NOTICE: Based in California is a MUST
    Your challenges:Responsible for pre-sales technical support, product presentation of EcoFlow residential energy storage products to distributors and installers;Maintain strong relationship and work closely with key accounts and delivery channels as the first responder;Collaborate with internal resources to ensure corresponding technical problems from delivery channels are answered;Document product and solution slide decks, and corresponding technical materials for product promotion and pre-sales aspect use;Provide EcoFlow residential energy storage product introduction, demonstration, training, trial test support, and technical answers for installers, retailers, and customers;Follow closely with the vertical tendency, collect and document technical feedback and product improvement suggestions and liaise closely with R&D department about improvement suggestions;Proactively manage other challenges at work.
    Your profile includes:Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in electrical engineering, electromechanical equipment, or related fields.Min 3 years of solutions sales engineer(technical sales engineer, pre-sales engineer) experience in residential energy storage/PV/inverter industry ;Strong self-driven and independent on-site work, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects at the same time.Be able to remain curious about unknown vertical knowledge.Extensive knowledge and experience in the field of residential energy storage systems, vehicle power systems is preferred;Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English as a working language, with fluency in additional language is a plus.

    Your challenges:Responsible for the development of local market distributors and retail channels, doing a good job of channel layout and maintaining good customer relationships;Responsible for the operation and management of the local market, preventing falsification and price disruption, and achieving performance targets;Responsible for the company's product and brand localization campaign in the local market and organizing marketing activities;Conduct intelligence collection and analysis of competing products in the local market, be familiar with the operation mode of the local market and industry, and develop executable market development strategies and tactics;Collaborate with all relevant departments to carry out local front-end market insights and provide a basis for back-end decisions.
    Your profile includes: Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 1 years of experience in US market development, preferably with a sales background and resources related to consumer electronics, automotive accessories, solar panels, inverters, RV, mobile energy storage/home energy storage, outdoor camping, etc;Strong market analysis, expansion skills, and good communication and negotiation skills, strong problem-solving skills, able to think independently and logically;Fluent in spoken English, and able to use English as working languages;Open-minded and teamwork, great skills in communication.
