The role supports integrated behavioral health, collaborates across disciplines, applies health literacy methods, meets productivity targets, participates in meetings, trainings, and quality initiatives, and provides clinical supervision, including medication, chart, and therapy plan reviews for psychiatric NPs and therapists.
