Maintain a safe working environment for all team membersOperate MHE equipment: forklift, turret truck, rider pallet jacks, hand jack, and other MHE as necessaryPerforms other duties as assigned including duties outside normal responsibilities as neededMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND EXPERIENCE:Experience and Requirements:Degree in Engineering (ideally mechanical, industrial, or related)3-5 years relevant industrial experienceBackground with facility operations related to building maintenance and supportExperience with industrial engineering methods and process improvement methodsExceptional communications and interpersonal relationship skillsHigh attention to detail and organizationStrong problem-solving skillsCAD skillsAbility to work independently and accomplish tasks on scheduleExcellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Google productsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Generally, the job requires 50% sitting, 25% walking, and 25% standing. This job is performed in a generally clean environment.
