Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and related machining equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, and technical drawings. Perform machine setups, tooling adjustments, and offsets as needed. Inspect finished components using precision measuring equipment to ensure compliance with specifications. Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues to minimize downtime. Perform routine machine maintenance and support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area. Work independently while meeting production and quality expectations. Qualifications Previous experience as a Machinist in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of CNC machining, including mills and lathes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Experience using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, ect.
