St. Leonard has an exciting new opportunity for a Part-Time Business Office Associate position. Our beautiful 240-acre campus is one of the largest Continuing Care Retirement Communities in the United States. St. Leonard features independent living, assisted living, dementia care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and adult day care as well as a community wellness center that encompasses a fitness center, and restaurant. The business office associate is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Business Office Manager. This support may include secretarial, bookkeeping, receptionist, accounting, cashier, payroll, and data input. Wage range: $21-23.40 Essential Job Specific Duties/Responsibilities: Assists with collection of outstanding private pay receivable balances. Assists with addressing resident billing questions. Maintains and tracks ancillary charges and submits to corporate timely to meet all close timelines. Complies and prepares data/reports as required by corporate staff related to business office functions. Assist with Medicaid applications, accounts payable, resident trusts. Assist with administrative duties such as scanning and filing electronic documents. Review and prepare monthly statements.
