Job Summary
The Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow, organization, and accuracy of materials supporting all company divisions, including grain, building, and electrical.
This role ensures materials are properly received, stored, tracked, and delivered to support efficient jobsite execution.This position plays a key role in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse system while also supporting yard maintenance, equipment organization, and facility upkeep.
Duties / Responsibilities
Load and unload trucks for incoming and outgoing materialsPull, stage, and prepare materials for jobsite deliveryAccurately track and record all inventory movementMaintain organized
warehouse systems and material storageConduct routine inventory counts and reconciliationsOperate
warehouse equipment and yard machinery safelyMaintain yard and facility grounds (mowing, gravel upkeep, snow removal)Ensure organization and cleanliness of equipment, pickups, and trailersDeliver urgent or missing materials to jobsites as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all timesPerform other duties as assigned

Education / Experience
High School Diploma or GED (required)Two-year degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)OSHA 10 Certification (preferred)Experience with inventory management and
warehouse operations (preferred)Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (preferred)Must maintain a working smartphone for company applications and communication
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularlyAbility to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periodsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to safely operate equipment and toolsAbility to comply with all PPE and safety requirements
