    As an RPC Sorter, your key responsibilities will include:

    Manual Sortation: Sorting RPCs or other material as needed by hand in a neat and orderly fashion according to established criteria.Airbag Management: Categorizing inflatable dunnage airbags, ensuring usable bags are organized for reuse, and properly disposing of unusable ones.Maintenance: Maintaining a clean work environment by sweeping debris around warehouse and dock areas.Compliance: Following all safety and Propak policies and procedures diligently.Team Support: Performing other duties as assigned to improve overall team operations.What We're Looking For:Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for 8 or more hours a day.Manual Labor Experience: Previous experience in manual labor or a similar physically demanding role is preferred.Physical Capability: Ability to frequently perform repetitive movements including squatting, bending, and twisting throughout the shift.Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to accurately hand-sort different types of recyclable plastic containers (RPCs) and match identical containers based on specific criteria.Reliability: A dependable and trustworthy individual with a strong work ethic.Safety Awareness: Ability to identify and follow safety procedures while working in a fast-paced environment.Education: High School Graduate or GED preferred.Experience: No prior experience is necessary; we will provide training.Physical Requirements:Stamina: Constantly required to stand and frequently required to walk throughout the shift.Manual Dexterity: Constantly required to manually manipulate and reach outward.Lifting & Carrying: Constantly lifting/carrying 21-50 lbs and frequently lifting 10-20 lbs.Pushing & Pulling: Constantly pushing/pulling 26-40 lbs and frequently pushing 12-25 lbs.Sensory: Ability to identify warning sounds (horns/alarms) and utilize near, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision.Safety Gear: Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including steel-toe safety shoes, safety glasses, and earplugs.Work Environment:

    Reporting to the Supervisor, the Pallet Sorter is responsible for ensuring pallets meet PLA standards and production goals. Your responsibilities will include:
