Position Summary:
The warehouse team moves products in and out of the warehouse ensuring our customers receive the products they order. The Checker works in the warehouse and verifies both inbound and outbound inventory matches.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Ensure load accuracy at check in and check out by physical countingMaintain required recordsComplete required documentation as neededRecognize and correct potential process errors before actions adversely affect the customerSafely maneuver motorized material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklift, when necessaryUtilize various technologies or software, such as SyntellicPerform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe environmentBe aware of and follow location and work center Safety and Security policies and proceduresWrap pallets after completion of verificationMaintain direct interaction and communication with supervisors about progress, opportunities, and/or best practicesAny other duties as assignedQualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
Must be a minimum of 18 years of ageValid PR driver’s licenseHigh School diploma6 months prior warehouse forklift experience6 months of related experience (i.e. working in a distribution warehouse environment, grocery dock, construction or other positions which require heavy lifting in multi-temperature environment)Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift productForklift certification is required or obtained immediately upon hireAbility to work flexible work schedule (e.g., night shift, weekends and holidays) in a 24/7 distribution center environmentThis position must pass post offer drug testPreferred Skills and Experience:

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our Warehouse Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the receiving process, reconciling delivery documents, preparing received order reports, maintaining inventory reports, and handling supplier claims.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Manage the receipt of incoming shipments, ensuring that all deliveries are accurately logged and documented.Reconcile delivery documents with internal records to ensure accuracy.Provide a summary of all suppliers received during the shift. Assist with processing orders, producing and reconciling delivery documents, and service performance tracking.Collect and prepare information for various operational reports, including receiving processes, inventory reports and Trailer Control. File and manage supplier claims for damaged goods, incorrect shipments, and discrepancies. Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure timely reimbursement or replacement of products.Interact with internal and external customersEnsure Receiving process is executed according to the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)Data EntryOther projects or duties as assignedOther responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.Assist other warehouse staff as needed to ensure efficient operation.Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
