    COMPENSATION: DOE $20-$21/hour to start - Weekly Pay

    Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday - 8am-5pm each day


    JOB SUMMARY:

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custodial, groundskeeping and or landscaping, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Perform routine groundskeeping tasks, watering plants, and maintaining flower beds.Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of sidewalks, parking areas, and common areas, including picking up trash, sweeping, and removing debris.Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and landscaping needs.Assist with the installation and upkeep of irrigation systems and outdoor lighting fixtures.Collaborate with the maintenance team to address repair needs and maintain a well-functioning property.Maintain inventory of landscaping supplies and equipment and communicate restocking needs to management.Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a secure and hazard-free environment for residents and staff.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in landscaping or horticulture is a plus.Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscaping, with knowledge of plant care, lawn maintenance, and general outdoor maintenance.Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems.Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time and priorities effectively.Strong attention to detail and an eye for maintaining a visually appealing landscape.Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.Reliable Transportation
