Mission Yogurt, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Warehouse Porter to join our team at Greenleaf Kitchen & Cocktails at John Wayne Airport!
As a Warehouse Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products within the warehouse and stores. Your efforts will directly impact inventory accuracy, order fulfillment speed, vendor relationships, and overall warehouse operations. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols, receiving freight shipments, and collaborating with team members to meet daily operational goals. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting. Ultimately, your work will support the seamless flow of goods from suppliers to restaurant locations or customers, contributing to the company’s success.
Pay: $20.00/hr. + TIPS!

Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments to ensure correct quantities and product qualityPick, pack, and prepare merchandise for the stores according to company standards and customer requirementsMaintain organized storage of inventory, ensuring products are stored safely and in designated locationsOperate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, ladders, and hand trucks safely and efficientlyFollow all safety guidelines and procedures to create a safe working environment for all team membersCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and quality targetsDeliver products to the locationsReceive and follow instructions from the ManagerWhat We Are Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalentUpholds ideals, values, and practices that are the foundation of Mission Yogurt: Loyalty, Innovation, Service, Communication, and FlexibilityAbility to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularlyBasic math and inventory computer skills, and the ability to read and interpret shipping documentsPrior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not requiredAbility to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periodsFamiliarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory softwareStrong organizational skills and attention to detailMust be at least 18 years of age & able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelinesMust have a valid driver's licenseAvailability and willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidaysPrevious experience as a warehouse clerk, stocker, crew member, picker, delivery driver, team member, or logistics associate preferred
Physical Demands:
Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours.
