    Job DescriptionWhat you will doUnder minimal direction, participates as a leader of the Development Team to achieve department and project objectives on large, complex, high-risk projects. Leads engineering, process or financial tasks during both preliminary and detailed development of projects. Validates assumptions made during solution design. Builds a detailed development budget and scope. Assists in preparing proposals and other customer communication documents.
    •    Utilizes specialized functional expertise as a development team member. Has a high degree of technical competence in multiple functional areas, capable of assessing design risk and being accountable for all elements of large projects.
    •    Understands the full range of JCI offerings and their applications in customer solutions. Devises alternative offerings to meet specific program requirements. Leads cross-functional teams in the development of multiple components of the bundled sale.
    •    Performs detailed engineering or financial analysis to quantify cost savings or other customer benefits. Assists in technical or financial benchmarking as needed. Leads in the development of customer baselines.
    •    Provides risk analysis for the complete solution.
    •    Leads portions of the presentation to the C-level or economic client as needed.
    •    Represents the development team in operational reviews of large or technically complex programs.
    •    Responsible for creating and managing budgets, timelines, and quality of assigned opportunities.

    Wastewater Operations Supervisor positions plan, supervise and train subordinates in the operation of various wastewater treatment plants to ensure that treatment standards are met; adjust chemical feeding rates for effective wastewater treatment; coordinate operating schedules of maintenance and operations functions; maintain operating logs; write required reports and keep employee work records; ensure adherence to plant safety procedures; implement training programs for plant operations; establish safety procedures; evaluate the work performance of subordinates; conduct tours of the facilities; and perform other duties as assigned.
