Pharmacist HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist to fill an opening with one of the nation's leading pharmacies in Whitley City, KY. Daily Responsibilities For The Pharmacist Fill prescriptions, monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage and security of drugs, including controlled substances/narcotics Provide patient counseling and discuss challenges to medication adherence Create a positive pharmacy department image through strong service, friendliness and cooperativeness with customers, associates and outside vendors You will work with the PIC to establish schedule Weekdays – Open from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Weekends – Open from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Saturdays 10 – 5 on Sundays Required Qualifications for the Pharmacist: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy Current pharmacist licensure in good standing Preferred Qualifications for the Pharmacist: 1 year of retail experience Second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing) Benefits for the Pharmacist: Best-in-class benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance plan options Paid Time Off - Vacation and Health and Wellness days + paid Holidays 401(k) Match, Retirement Plans, and Tuition Reimbursement Lower Pharmacist to Technician ratio to ensure you can focus on what matters, your patients!
