OverviewThe Technical Program Manager will support the successful delivery of internet speed enhancements for customers. The role requires program coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders, using technical knowledge, strategic planning, leadership skills, and strong execution discipline to oversee a tested program. Requirements
RequirementsCandidates must have strong technical program management experience, proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups, and the ability to use data analysis to support timely project decisions and issue resolution. Candidates must have the following:
· Minimum of 5-8 years program or project management experience in technology focused environments.
· Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working through ambiguity across multiple cross functional teams.
· Ability to analyze large data sets daily and translate findings into clear action items for resolution.
· Strong senior stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to clearly report status, blockers, and risks.
· Experience managing stakeholder relationships and requirements through recurring management meetings.
· Experience with software development methodologies.
· High proficiency with Excel is required, including VLOOKUPs, large data set filters, and adding fields for analysis.
· Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
· Experience with JIRA, SharePoint, and Tableau reporting.
· Telecom industry experience is required.
· Agent OS or SCOPE experience for account review is a plus.
