A Typical Work Day May Include:
Completing preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance throughout the facility Operating standard maintenance tools such as power tools, basic hand tools, electric tools, precision maintenance tools, preventative maintenance technology tools, etc. Utilize and work with maintenance trades and components such as electrical, welding, pipefitting, fabrication, gearbox and bearing maintenance, lubrication, pumps and piping systems, mechanical maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic systems Modifying or building equipment by reading and comprehending electrical/mechanical schematics, blueprints, and/or operation manuals Documenting completed work and the conditions found, utilizing maintenance computer software as necessary Interacting regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment Operating forklifts, loaders, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures Maintaining a safe and clean work environment Other duties as assignedWhat You Will Need:

A Typical Work Day May Include:
Install, dismantle, and move machinery and heavy equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and schematics. Perform precision alignment of motors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment using laser alignment tools or dial indicators. Inspect and maintain mechanical systems including conveyors, hydraulic systems, gearboxes, and bearings. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Fabricate and modify components as needed using welding, machining, and hand tools. Collaborate with electricians, welders, and other maintenance personnel on cross-functional repairs and projects. Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and equipment status in SAP or other CMMS systems. Follow all safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Other duties as assigned.What You Will Need:
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces or elevated areas. Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written) Possess a high school diploma/GED or two-year equivalent experience Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays with advance notice Must be 18 years or older Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanic/Millwright in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with rotating equipment, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.What Will Put You Ahead:
Experience with SAP or similar CMMS systems. Laser alignment certification or experience. Welding and fabrication skills. Basic understanding of electrical systems and controls.
