Responsible for returning product into slots in timely matter.

Put away all returns daily. (dry, chill and freeze)

Salvage any damaged cases and repair if possible.

Will also perform all other assigned duties by warehouse management.

Will work overtime as needed to complete job.

Will accurately put all entries in RF system.

Perform duties in accordance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) policies and procedures, as appropriate for location

Skills/ Qualificatios:

High School Diploma or GED GED Certification and/or equivalent related experience

Understanding of Safety guidelines

One or more years of invoicing experience

Strong knowledge of applicable Bakco functions and RF systems

Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task.

Detail orientated.

Ability to work under deadlines.

Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Good attitude and works well with others.

Have an understanding of procedures in other areas of the warehouse for a more global understanding of all processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Picking experience.

Warehouse/Operations experience preferred but not required

Proficient experience working with Microsoft tools such as; Outlook, Excel and Word.

OBJECTIVE: Assist warehouse management in all areas of the warehouse.

In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties as requested by branch management. Assigned responsibilities and duties may vary based upon location size and operations.

Picking/Shipping

Pull orders for shipment

Place the material in the staging area; return the ticket to the supervisor

Separate material to shipping points

Load outgoing shipment onto trucks

Receiving

Receive all incoming materials

Unload incoming shipments from trucks

Verify and complete the delivery receipt. Note damaged or shortage on delivery receipt and have driver initial

Complete all receiving paperwork

Stock and stage received materials

Other

Keep the receiving and shipping areas organized

Organize pallets and other support materials in a safe manner

Communicate warehouse concerns to supervisor

Correct any system file maintenance issues as they occur

Assist the driver with deliveries as needed (if driving a Commercial Driver's License must be obtained)

Compliance with company uniform policy

Represent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring customer loyalty

Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures

Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company

Work overtime as needed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Lifting 20 pound objects constantly; 50 pound objects frequently; and 100 pound objects occasionally is required

Climbing ladders, stairs and ramps

Stooping, crouching and kneeling
