    The Hybrid Driver is responsible for the safe, compliant transportation of goods while supporting distribution, shipping, and warehouse operations. This role combines over-the-road driving responsibilities with hands-on warehouse functions to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery execution.



    Shift: 4:00 PM 1:00 AM (approximate)


    Key Responsibilities:


    Transportation & Compliance:


    Safely operate box trucks and heavy-duty vehicles in accordance with DOT
    regulations and all posted traffic laws.
    Adhere to strict government regulations related to emissions, vehicle safety, and
    weight restrictions.
    Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
    Complete long-haul routes, including nocturnal shifts when required.
    Maintain accurate logs and required documentation.

    Distribution & Warehouse Operations:


    Facilitate order fulfillment and assist in inventory management to ensure smooth
    delivery workflows.
    Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently.
    Understand warehouse layout, rack systems, and inventory locations.
    Accurately read labels, manifests, and shipping documentation.
    Support shipping and receiving operations, ensuring product accuracy and damage
    prevention.
    Follow OSHA compliance standards and warehouse safety protocols.

    Physical & Work Requirements:


    Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, loading, and moving product.
    Comfortable working extended hours, long-distance routes, and overnight shifts.
    Maintain situational awareness in both driving and warehouse environments

    Picking various items by using order sheets or an audio headset

    Stacking items on a pallet for wrapping and loading at the bay doors

    Operating a double walkie-rider or electric pallet jack to remove cases of products from storage rack & place on pallet and apply selection labels to appropriate cases (not in all cases)

    Utilizing proper wrapping techniques to ensure safety of product to prevent damages
