    Responsibilities

    1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle management, including initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of the MEP project.
    2. Develop and implement MEP project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
    3. Manage and coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure all MEP aspects are synchronized and executed efficiently.
    4. Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
    5. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to ensure MEP systems are effectively integrated into the overall design and construction process.
    6. Ensure all MEP systems meet the required standards and regulations while adhering to the budget.
    7. Troubleshoot any issues with MEP systems and implement corrective measures.
    8. Provide technical expertise and guidance in the inspection, testing, adjustment, and balancing of MEP systems.
    9. Regularly report project status to stakeholders and senior management.

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project management in the construction industry.
    3. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
    4. Experience in managing commercial MEP projects.
    5. Strong understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
    6. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
    7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
    8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    9. Proficiency in project management software.
    10. Certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) would be an added advantage.

POTENTIAL TO EARN A $1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS Duties and Responsibilities: Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. â Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to effectively fulfill orders received from stores. â Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines. â Sorts and organizes merchandise strategically in preparation for shipment and unloads incoming shipment from trucks/ back-hauls. â Performs general cleaning duties to achieve warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements. â Participates in-taking warehouse inventory counts according to guidelines. â Cooperates and interacts effectively with peers, suppliers and warehouse leadership through ongoing communication and exchange of information. â Provides input to the warehouse management regarding changes to improve processes. â Inspects product, consults with the warehouse management regarding product quality, safety concerns and sanitation issues. â Acts and decides independently within the delegated area of responsibility. â Assists warehouse management in achieving budgeted goals. â Performs all assigned tasks, accurately, efficiently, and within company policy and procedures. â Follows the ergonomic program according to established procedures. â Operates equipment according to safety guidelines in performance of essential job functions. â Notifies management regarding product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues. â Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: â High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical Requirements: â Frequently required to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights. â Frequently move merchandise from warehouse stock and prepare product for store deliveries. â Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry and walk throughout the warehouse. â Continuously work in varying temperatures, hot and cold (including outdoor temperatures and refrigerator/freezer environments). â Ability to safely and properly operate powered industrial equipment.
