    Primary Accountabilities:

    * Conduct on-the-job training for associates responsible for processing returned goods in the facility

    * Training should include, but is not limited to: Scanning product codes to input data into company's computerized system for processing

    * Sorting scanned product into appropriate container locations

    * Inspecting the condition of product

    * Preparing product for disposition in accordance with the client's contract terms

    * Maintaining a clean and well-organized work area

    * Answer questions and aid associates in meeting their daily production, accuracy, and safety goals

    * Ensure associates have all tools necessary to complete their job responsibilities

    * Ensure associates are provided with a safe, hazard free work environment

    * Escalate issues or concerns to the Production Supervisor or Team Lead

    * Follow all safety and facility operating procedures

    Required Qualifications:

    * High School or equivalent required
