    3. Prior to starting the loading process, review the total quantity to be pulled and the truck it is to go on. Discuss any space concerns with the Load Crew Manager.

    4. Build loads for each order in the most efficient manner.

    5. Pull and load the exact amounts given through the voice picking system or system generated pick sheets.

    6. Ensure loads are completed accurately and neatly.

    7. Be aware of code dates and load the oldest product first.

    8. Visually inspect all cases loaded to ensure they are in saleable condition.

    9. Load all carts/pallets onto appropriate route truck.

    10. Load the product on each truck properly to prevent damage.

    11. Clean all areas before leaving at the end of your shift, keeping work area clean.

    12. Clear the pick area of debris and stretch wrap at the end of the truck loading process each night.

    13. Prior to the end of your shift each night ensures all empty pallets are removed from the pick area and safely stored.

    14. Report any accidents to manager on duty immediately.

    15. Maintain open and clear communications with the owners, managers, and other employees of the company.


    16. Obtain from the Warehouse Manager approval prior to working more than your regular schedule.

    17. Dress in uniform and maintain your personal appearance in a professional manner and according to company policy.

    18. Conduct all your activities within the guidelines of all company policies and procedures.

    19. Conduct all your activities in accordance with the local, state, and federal liquor control regulations.

    20. Perform all work activities in accordance with the safe work practices, policies, and procedures.

    21. Adhere to all established inventory control procedures and practices.

    22. Adapt to any new responsibilities required by the Warehouse Manager and Load Crew Manager.

    23. 10. All other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    1. Minimum of high school diploma
    2. Previous use of warehouse equipment to include walkie rider, pallet jack, forklift, scanners, etc.
    3. Highly motivated to reach goals.
    4. Comfortable working as a team or alone.
    5. Access to reliable transportation. If driving an automobile while on company business, must possess a valid driver’s license in state of residence and auto insurance. Must be able to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screen.

    4. Frequently (34% - 66% of time) Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and depth perception.
