Performance Requirements: The job will typically require the employee to meet the following primary performance requirements.Follows instructions given by designated supervisor as well as all company policies and procedures.Maintains a neat and professional appearance through adherence to dress code, wears mandated PPE such as long pants, steel-toed boots, and hard hat, gloves, glasses where required.Receive product deliveries and inspect product, noting damages accurately and clearly on bills of lading.Prepare and package products for shipment.Load and unload delivery vehicles.Place product in proper location and document location records.Deliver product and/or tools to Franklin Interiors installation technicians.Locate and pull goods for outbound shipments matching delivery ticket item and quantity.Maintain warehouse organization and appearance.Arrange shipping for out-of-state shipments.Has and maintains a valid DOT card and Driver’s license. Follows all safety procedures including proper and safe operating of company vehicles and obeying all traffic laws.Actively participate in the company’s Quality Improvement Program.Shift is 6:30AM - 2:30/3PM*** Due to the nature of the industry, all operations personnel may be required to work overtime, including nights and weekends with little or no notice.

Job Specifications:

Education and Training: High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Related Experience: One year of related warehouse experience is preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Must report to work on time and clock in and out properly.

2. Keep all warehouse load areas and grounds clean. Place product on hand truck or dolly Fills racks, pushes/pulls pallets and loads appropriate company products.

3. Prior to starting the loading process, review the total quantity to be pulled and the truck it is to go on. Discuss any space concerns with the Load Crew Manager.

4. Build loads for each order in the most efficient manner.

5. Pull and load the exact amounts given through the voice picking system or system generated pick sheets.

6. Ensure loads are completed accurately and neatly.

7. Be aware of code dates and load the oldest product first.

8. Visually inspect all cases loaded to ensure they are in saleable condition.

9. Load all carts/pallets onto appropriate route truck.

10. Load the product on each truck properly to prevent damage.

11. Clean all areas before leaving at the end of your shift, keeping work area clean.

12. Clear the pick area of debris and stretch wrap at the end of the truck loading process each night.

13. Prior to the end of your shift each night ensures all empty pallets are removed from the pick area and safely stored.

14. Report any accidents to manager on duty immediately.

15. Maintain open and clear communications with the owners, managers, and other employees of the company.

16. Obtain from the Warehouse Manager approval prior to working more than your regular schedule.

17. Dress in uniform and maintain your personal appearance in a professional manner and according to company policy.

18. Conduct all your activities within the guidelines of all company policies and procedures.

19. Conduct all your activities in accordance with the local, state, and federal liquor control regulations.

20. Perform all work activities in accordance with the safe work practices, policies, and procedures.

21. Adhere to all established inventory control procedures and practices.

22. Adapt to any new responsibilities required by the Warehouse Manager and Load Crew Manager.

5. Access to reliable transportation. If driving an automobile while on company business, must possess a valid driver’s license in state of residence and auto insurance. Must be able to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screen.

Operational Leadership: Design and execute warehouse workflows, optimize layout planning, and establish KPIs to meet performance targets and client SLAs. Manage, train, and motivate warehouse staff. Oversee labor planning, shift scheduling, and staffing based on volume trends and business needs. Implement and refine SOPs to drive consistency, improve quality, reduce errors, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure accurate inventory tracking and reconciliation, minimize shrinkage, and maintain product quality through robust QC processes. Supervise the receipt, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of goods, ensuring all activities are completed safely and on time. Act as the point of contact for client operations teams. Address concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction. Monitor and analyze operational metrics, generate weekly/monthly performance reports, and develop actionable insights to improve efficiency. Uphold all safety standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion a culture of safety across the warehouse. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field 5+ years of progressive experience in 3PL or warehouse operations, including team management Strong knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS/OMS) and operational KPIs Experience in process design, warehouse planning, and cost control Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills Ability to analyze data and translate findings into operational improvements Bilingual in Mandarin is REQUIRED Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with high-volume e-commerce fulfillment Background in both manual and automated warehouse environments Familiarity with lean methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment JD.com is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
