    The Position

    As a Warehouse Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the smooth and efficient operations of the warehouse. You will play a crucial role in managing inventory, organizing products, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

    Responsibilities

    1. Receiving and Inspecting: Receive incoming shipments, inspect them for damage, and verify the accuracy of received goods against purchase orders.

    2. Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and update the warehouse database to ensure accurate record-keeping.

    3. Order Fulfillment: Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring that items are picked, packed, and labeled correctly for timely delivery to customers or other departments.

    4. Organizing and Maintaining: Organize the warehouse to optimize space utilization and maintain cleanliness and orderliness at all times.

    5. Quality Control: Assist in conducting quality control checks to ensure products meet the required standards before shipping.

    6. Shipping and Receiving: Prepare shipping documents, coordinate with carriers for outbound shipments, and assist in receiving goods from suppliers.

    7. Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

    8. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.

    9. Problem-solving: Identify and address any discrepancies or issues related to inventory, orders, or shipments.

    10. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve daily warehouse goals and meet deadlines.

    16. Must be able to obtain forklift certification through the company.

    17. Maintain open and clear communications with the owners, managers, and other employees of the company.

    19. Obtain from the Warehouse Manager approval prior to working in excess of your regular schedule.

    20. Dress in uniform and maintain your personal appearance in a professional manner and according to company policy.

    22. Conduct all of your activities in accordance to the local, state and federal liquor control regulations.

    23. Perform all work activities in accordance to the safe work practices, policies and procedures.

    We are looking for a dependable, organized, and hard-working Craft Beer Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver to support our brewery and distribution team. This role is primarily focused on warehouse operations, order building, invoice preparation, cooler organization, and staging beer for the next day's deliveries. Delivery driving will be required on an as-needed basis.

    Position Summary
    The Craft Beer Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver plays a key role in making sure our beer gets where it needs to go safely, accurately, and on time. This person will gather and pack orders for the following day's delivery routes, print invoices, organize delivery paperwork, and stage orders in proper route order inside the cooler.

    The right candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, reliable, experienced operating a forklift, and comfortable working in a fast-paced brewery and warehouse environment. This is an on-your-feet role that requires organization, accuracy, communication, and a strong work ethic.

    Key Responsibilities
    Warehouse & Order Fulfillment
    Gather, pick, and pack beer orders for the next day's deliveries.

    Pull the correct products, case counts, keg sizes, and quantities based on invoices and delivery needs.

    Print invoices and organize delivery paperwork for each route.

    Stage completed orders in the cooler in correct delivery order.

    Operate a forklift safely and responsibly when moving pallets, product, and warehouse materials.

    Manage pallet ordering, tracking, and organization to support delivery and warehouse needs.

    Track pallet movement, returns, and related documentation accurately, including CHEP pallets when applicable.

    Keep the cooler, warehouse, and staging areas clean, organized, and safe.

    Assist with rotating inventory to support freshness, quality, and proper product dating.

    Communicate shortages, damaged product, order issues, or inventory concerns to brewery or distribution leadership.

    Help ensure all orders are accurate before they are loaded for delivery.

    Support general warehouse duties as needed, including organizing kegs, cases, pallets, and supplies.

    Delivery Driving, As Needed
    Deliver Lariat Lodge beer to retail accounts, bars, restaurants, liquor stores, events, or internal locations as assigned.

    Load and unload kegs, cases, and other products safely and efficiently.

    Review delivery routes, invoices, and order quantities before leaving the brewery.

    Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with account partners.

    Collect empty kegs or other returnable items when required.

    Maintain accurate paperwork and communicate any delivery issues, missed items, account concerns, or route changes.

    Operate company vehicles safely and follow all traffic laws and company policies.

    Qualifications
    Must be at least 21 years old.

    Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for delivery work.

    Forklift experience is required.

    Must be comfortable safely operating a forklift in warehouse, cooler, and loading areas.

    Previous warehouse, delivery, brewery, beverage, logistics, or restaurant experience preferred.

    Experience with pallet ordering and tracking preferred; CHEP experience is a plus.

    Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy product, including kegs and cases.

    Comfortable working in coolers, warehouse spaces, and active production environments.

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

    Able to follow written instructions, invoices, route sheets, and staging procedures.

    Positive attitude and team-first mindset.

    Interest in craft beer is a plus.

    Physical Requirements
    Ability to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly and move heavier items with proper equipment or team assistance.

    Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and carry product throughout the shift.

    Ability to work in cold cooler environments.

    Ability to safely load and unload delivery vehicles.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced brewery and warehouse setting.

    Sunday to Wednesday 7am-5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7am to 5pm Wednesday to Saturday 7 am to 5pm Saturday to Tuesday 7am to 5pm


    Key Responsibilities:

    Receive and put away inventory Pack and ship orders according to customer specifications Load boxes into trucks for shipment Maintain accurate inventory records Scan and label inventory items Organize and store inventory in a safe and efficient manner Troubleshoot problems Operate and maintain warehouse equipment Keep the warehouse clean and organized Follow all safety procedures Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately Communicate effectively with other warehouse team members


    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment Strong organizational and time management skills including exceptional attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to follow instructions and work safely


    Physical Requirements:

    Ability to lift up to 49 pounds Ability to push utility carts up to 60 pounds Ability to use carts, dollies and hand trucks Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable) Ability to work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
