    Join an independent, full-scope anesthesia practice offering two unique CRNA opportunities based in New Mexico. Both positions are 1099 and come with generous compensation, flexibility, and a wide variety of cases. Choose between a 40-hour/week no-call schedule or a high-income 55-hour/week role with rotating call designed to match your lifestyle and career goals.

    Option 1: 55-hour/week high-earning role
    Includes short call every 10th day (7 AM - 11 PM), weekend coverage every 4th weekend (rotating day or home-call shifts), and optional OB shifts.
    Expected annual salary: $480,000 - $530,000.
    OR rate is $220/hour, overnight call is $1,760/shift, OB is $210/hour.
    Includes $40K sign-on/relocation bonus for a 24-month contract or $20K for a 12-month contract.
    44 working weeks per year with 8 weeks off.

    Option 2: 40-hour/week no-call schedule
    Four 9 - 11 hour shifts per week, no weekday or weekend call. Optional weekend coverage required 6 weekends/year.
    Expected annual salary: $370,000 - $380,000.
    OR rate is $200/hour, weekend day shift is $220/hour.
    Includes $40K sign-on/relocation bonus for a 24-month contract.
    44 working weeks per year with 8 weeks off.

    Case mix for both roles includes general, ortho, ENT, bariatrics, plastics, GYN, peds dental, GI, urology, spine, neuro, and optional OB. No trauma, cardiac, thoracic, or sick peds.

    Hours
    Procedures start at 7:30 would need to be there at 7 the latest, just to be ready at 7:30
    Occasionally OT - time and a half - anything over 40 in a week or 8 in a day
    Credentialing: they do their own - can get the committees together quickly - Alaska does primary source verifications on all licensed - so we can do this in days
