    Position Overview : The Registered Nurse – Home Health is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians’ orders for each individual patient while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times.     Qualifications  
    • Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license
    • Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
    • TB skin test -2 step (current within last 12 months)
    • One year prior hands-on nursing experience
    • Must have reliable transportation  
    • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
    • Continuing Education as required by state
