Executive Director - Licensed Nursing Home Administrator St. Clare Commons Perrysburg, Ohio Full-Time Salary Range: $100,269 $140,149 Job Summary The Executive Director - Licensed Nursing Home Administrator provides overall leadership and administration for St. Clare Commons, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and alignment with the mission and values of CHI Living Communities. Reports To: Regional Administrator, CHI Living Communities Key Responsibilities Lead all operational, clinical, and administrative functions of the facility. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local long-term care regulations. Maintain licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of employment. Develop and manage operating and capital budgets. Foster a positive, mission-driven culture for residents, families, and staff. Serve as liaison to the Advisory Board and community stakeholders. Drive quality improvement, risk management, and strategic planning initiatives. Oversee and evaluate department leaders, including performance reviews.
