This individual will drive key quality initiatives across multiple sites, collaborating with functional leadership and program management, and working closely with Sr. Manager and Director-level leadership. Additionally, the individual will perform a number of Quality Process Engineering (QPE) responsibilities in support of one or more Product Assurance / Product Inspection work centers.The QPE represent quality assurance in corrective action activities; and participate in audits or product evaluations to determine the effectiveness of the quality assurance program. These positions collaborate with engineering laboratory and production functions to ensure quality standards are in place.The ideal candidate will have experience with any of the following processes: Welding, Machining, Plating, Brazing, NDT, Additive Manufacturing, High Complexity Assembly, Thermal Processing, Precision Measurement or other hands on manufacturing processes.
