We are seeking to fill the position of Nurse Unit Manager - RN - Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse.

Nurse Unit Manager - RN - Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary:
Supervise the unit, overseeing registered and licensed practical nurses, nursing aides, medical clerks and support staff.
Manage work schedules, delegate assignments, assign tasks and evaluate employee job performance.
Discipline staff who don't fulfill their job requirements or provide inadequate patient care.
Set Unit goals and standards and establish employee policies and procedures.

Nurse Unit Manager - RN - Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:
Current license as RN or LPN in Massachusetts.
Proof of COVID19 Vaccination and Booster Required.
Experience with Dementia patients preferred.
Must have extensive clinical experience, administrative experience, and training in both nursing and management.
Must have strong communication skills, diplomacy and the ability to take leadership of any situation.
