    Primary Duties:
    Arranges for the provision of specialized assessments that cannot be conducted in the home environment (e.g., audiological testing, video fluoroscopy studies), and plans adequately for discharge including referrals to appropriate community resources (e.g., outpatient therapy, daycare) able to meet the client needs after discharge. Communicates with a supervisor as scheduled and needed regarding issues related to the delivery of rehab services and individual patient care.
    Maintains effective working relationships with other departments and participates in multidisciplinary quality and service improvement teams. Participates in meetings and on committees and represents the department and agency in community outreach efforts. Enhances growth and development and enriches personal knowledge and skill through participation in educational programs and affiliations. Maintains ongoing communication with the patient's physician, health care team, and other individuals (e.g. insurance case managers, referring facility personnel) as needed regarding aspects of care and patient's status.
    Provides an assessment, with the health care team, of the patient's environment and recommends adaptive equipment and/or home modifications that maximize the patient's functional abilities and safety. Assists in attaining items reimbursable as durable medical equipment. Provides initial and periodic assessments to determine the patient's habilitation/rehabilitation needs. Establishes an effective speech-language pathology/dysphasia treatment plan with the patient, their family/caregiver, their physician, and other health care team members. Modifies the treatment plan as needed. Evaluation includes interview, observation, palpation, specialized assessments including dysphasia assessment, oral motor exam, and receptive/expressive language assessment. Such assessments require tools (e.g., sphygmomanometer, stethoscope) and the possession of sight and hearing senses or prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately.
    Provides medical record entries according to agency standards, professional guidelines, and regulatory requirements for the reimbursement of speech-language pathology services. Provides patient and/or caregiver education regarding the injury/disease process, functional limitations, and the purpose of treatment interventions, in addition to, training in aspects of care the patient/caregiver will need to manage after discharge. Provides speech-language pathology/dysphasia services in accordance with the treatment plan, agency standards, and other professional and regulatory guidelines. Performs procedures and modalities, including associative language exercises, oral motor exercises, aural rehab, and thermal stimulation. Supervises home health aides in aspects of patient care and related activities.

    Qualifications:
    Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
    1-2 years Clinical experience.
    License to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the State of Maryland or Virginia, or Certificate of Competency by ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) if working in the District of Columbia Maryland, or any combination as required based on work location(s).
    CPR (Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation).
    Valid State Driver's License in good standing.

    • Manage cloud and on-premises environments, including system builds, maintenance, and upgrades.
    • Provide O&M services, system backups/restores, patching, and troubleshooting.
    • Configure and administer Linux, Windows OS, Apache, Tomcat, Express servers, MySQL, and MongoDB.
    • Perform hardware and virtual server installations and configurations.
    • Support integration and deployment of applications into production environments.
    • Apply system hardening, firewall configuration, PKI certificate management, SSL, and x509 security measures.
    • Monitor system performance, alarms, and audit events, and take responsive actions.
    • Ensure compliance with patching and version updates for OS, middleware, and application components.
    • Manage system access controls and security policies in accordance with Sponsor requirements.
    • Develop and implement security procedures for enterprise systems.
    • Capture, validate, and manage system requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
    • Administer COTS products, low-code/no-code platforms (SharePoint, ServiceNow, Salesforce), and related application integrations.
    • Automate provisioning and configuration of systems using Bash, Terraform, and AWS CloudFormation.
    • Coordinate with cloud service providers, engineering teams, and architecture contractors for service delivery and optimization.
    • Maintain documentation for system configurations, security controls, and operational processes.
    • Support PMR and monthly reporting requirements related to systems administration. Mandatory Skills & Experience
    • Proven experience administering enterprise-level Linux and Windows environments.
    • Proficiency with cloud services, automation tools, and scripting.
    • Experience in system hardening, firewall configuration, and PKI certificate management.
    • Familiarity with Agile delivery, backlog management, and multi-team collaboration.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and virtual environments.
    • Proficiency with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub) and modern deployment pipelines. Education Requirement
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
