    The Position

    The General Accountant is responsible for performing core accounting functions and supporting the monthly close process under the supervision of the Accounting Supervisor. This role is primarily operational and analytical and does not include supervisory responsibilities.

    Responsibilities

    Reacondicionar productos aptos para transferencia.

    Responsabilidades Principales

    Recoger las roturas de mercancía en Almacén y determinar su posible utilidadDeterminar la condición en la cual llega la mercancía devuelta por tienda y su posible utilidadIdentificar la fecha de expiración de los productos recibidos en el área de CréditoClasificar, re-empacar y relocalizar mercancía en condiciones para despacharVerificar diariamente el control de feromonas en las localidades (aplica al área de Seco)Recoge mercancía en Almacén en casos de reclamaciones de tiendas por grandes proporcionesApoyar en el proceso de decomisar mercancía, separar donaciones y recogido de devoluciones de suplidorApoyar en las solicitudes de órdenes y muestras para el CentroMantener su área de trabajo en orden y limpiaPromover un ambiente de trabajo positivo, transparente y de colaboración en beneficio del crecimiento del negocio Tiene la autoridad para la toma de decisiones con los diferentes programas de Hold, Decomiso para asegurar que solo productos en condiciones inocuos sean re-empacadosMantener la calidad e inocuidad alimentaria del producto, incluyendo sus regulaciones de temperatura y ordenCumplir e informar cualquier desviación con las normas, programas y políticas corporativas, las reglas de seguridad, requisitos operacionales, plan HACCP, Programa de Seguridad Alimentaria, Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM), Seguridad Ocupacional y documentación (GDP) definidos por Supermercados Econo, Inc., así como por leyes federales y estatales Usar responsable y adecuadamente el equipo provisto y los recursos de la compañía Procurar el aprendizaje continuo para desempeñar sus funciones con eficiencia Realizar cualquier tarea adicional que le asigne su supervisor para el buen funcionamiento del Centro
